Skooma should be a narcotic that has both positive AND negative effects....yet vanilla Skyrim basically treats it like a minor stamina potion....why is it illegal again?!?!
This mod makes Skooma (and Redwater Skooma) more potent...and more dangerous...to use!

NEW: Skooma is illegal in Skyrim = no vendors will buy it from you!
*If you are asking 'why won't Ri'saad's Khajiit Caravans buy it?'...because Ri'saad and his underlings transport + SELL drugs...they don't buy drugs back from random people who show up!
**Also, you are the guy who (probably) kills random Skooma Dealers + wiped out Riften's Skooma trade....Caravan Merchants might be a bit reluctant to deal in Skooma with you....
IMPORTANT: You can still sell/buy Skooma from the Khajiit Caravans (or Red Water Den) with the 'Merchant' Perk. That perk gives you the negotiating skills + knowledge + reputation to put these Skooma dealers at ease!
Skooma Effects (1 Hour boost total = +25 Health, +25 Stamina, +50 StaminaRegen):
+25 Stamina for 1 Hour
+75% Stamina Regen Rate for 1 Hour
+50 Health for 1 Hour
-25 Health for 1 DAY
-25% Stamina Regen for 1 DAY
*Base cost is now 40 Gold
RedWater Skooma Effects (1 Hour boost total = +40 Health, +40 Stamina, +70 StaminaRegen):
+40 Stamina for 1 Hour
+100% Stamina Regen Rate for 1 Hour
+75 Health for 1 Hour
-Slowed by 20% for 4 minutes
-Drugged Vision Effect for 4 minutes
-35 Health for 1 DAY
-30% Stamina Regen for 1 DAY
*Base cost is now 50 Gold
Double Distilled Skooma Effects (1 Hour boost total = +50 Health, +50 Stamina, +90 StaminaRegen)::
+50 Stamina for 1 Hour
+140% Stamina Regen Rate for 1 Hour
+100 Health for 1 Hour
-50 Health for 1 DAY
-50% Stamina Regen for 1 DAY
-Slowed by 30% for 6 minutes
-Drugged Vision Effect for 6 minutes
Notes:
-The positive effects don't stack with spamming...but the negative effects DO stack!
*this means you can literally overdose and die on this stuff!!!!!
-Both negative and positive effects run concurrently (which is why, for example, your Skooma 50 health bonus for the first hour only gives +25 Health)
-Poison Resistance can partially negate the negative effects of using Skooma (it is poison after all)!
Compatibility:
-Compatible with any mod, just load this one last.
-Users of iNeed should keep in mind that iNeed Skooma grants a 300% 'incoming spell magnitude' bonus/penalty (which allows enchantments/blessings to be 300% more powerful)....has nothing to do with my mod. My advice is to set iNeed (in the mod settings) to 'Alchool only' which excludes the Skooma 300% magic magnitude effect!
Future Ideas (so far, nobody has shown any interest in this!):
IF people show interest, I might add Ale and Nord Mead 'drunk' effects...probably have unarmed damage bonus + stamina bonus...and probably will include a 'drunken haze' effect + stamina regen penalty + movement speed penalty.
