Thanks to triptherift for converting the models to Special Edition format, and for the canine eyes variant!
-----------------------
Skyrim's fox models always bothered me. There are a lot of great retextures out there, but the actual shape of the model always looked off, especially the face.
This mod aims to fix that. I've gone in and edited the fox and snow fox models so that they look more like actual foxes.
These edited models are compatible with any retexture mod, as long as the eye shape and position are not too different from vanilla. In my screenshots I'm using textures from Bellyache's Animal and Creature Pack. I've also added actual eye models to the foxes. No more dead-looking textured on eyes! The new eye models reference the "EyeKhajiitOrangeNarrow" eye texture, so any texture replacers that edit that texture will also change the fox eye texture. The alternate canine eye variant references the werewolf eye texture.
In my screenshots I'm using textures from Xenius High Quality Eyes. (mod seems to be gone!)
Since this is just a model replacer, it should be compatible with anything that uses the default fox model.
