    This is a converted mod from the original skyrim. I am not the author but I will do my best to answer any questions.

    The description is copied from the original mod but for the most part should be applicable. Just be aware that any links in it will be pointing to original Skyrim mods, not Special Edition mods.

    DO NOT attempt to install the oldrim mods mentioned in the original description as it probably wont work at best and at worst it will destroy the universe.

    Hi, i'm interested in this mod, but i was asking myself: does it allow to have more than 1 follower at the same time? how many?

      This mod manages where your followers work and live - up to 250 followers. Number of active followers will be determined by whichever follower management mod you use. Aft allows 5 at one time. Whats great about this mod is that you can assign your inactive followers a place to work and live until you need them.

    Just wanted to let others in my situation know that I upgraded from MHiYH found here:

    (created by Vokek, converted to SSE by Allie1718 and uploaded by FakeTails)

    and everything is working great. All I did was disable MHiYH in NMM and install MHiYH 2plus and activate it. All of my followers are still where I left them, and now I can teleport to them, see how many there are, etc. It's a great improvement.

    For those asking about iAFT, I have only been using MHiYH 2plus a short while but I think I can also verify that it works just fine with iAFT as that's what I'm using and I've had no issues yet.

    is skyui an absolute must? i hate skyui with a deep passion and refuse to install it

      Is it because of the changes to the menus it does? Same here, but there is a way to have SkyUI for mod requirements and still use vanilla menus

    I've heard that this mod has compatibility issues with Multiple Adoptions, can anyone confirm or deny?

      For certain custom followers, the blessed home has not shown up for me for the marriage home. Seems to work OK with vanilla followers.

    I'm having a problem with this version, where as soon as I talk to a follower and designate a home, I can't talk to that follower again. I've never experienced this problem with the old version. I'm going to revert back to the original mod and see if this is still an issue.

      The bug is not with you. I reverted to the old version and I'm experiencing the same issue. must be a confliction with other scripts. I'll have to troubleshoot further.

    I've come across some things that seem to be broken compared to the previous version of MHIYH, and submitted a bug report on the most game breaking one which is followers attacking pretty much everything on sight when on guard duty, horses, chickens, Hearthfire npcs like bards... and always, not just a specific or isolated event. All followers on any day shift guard duty, anywhere, issued by dialog or MCM. Only workaround is to put them to work instead of guard duty.
    Another thing is they don't go home when dismissed, they keep standing on the spot until you change cells and things reload. Even when commencing a shift, they stand there for a while, and may or may not start walking to their spot, until you, again, reload the cell.
    And last thing is Serana. Having finished Dawnguard and even cured her of vampirism, she keeps going back to the fort, even though she has a set home and work/sleep routine. Tried evicting and recruiting her to the home again, setting up her schedule, still same, she keeps going back to Dawnguard and doesn't do any of the shifts.
    So sadly, the only improvement I can see is the MCM where i can organize followers by group and set things up, and the two work/sleep shifts. But the execution fails a bit. And i do have the latest (and correct) versions of SKSE and SKYUI.

      I think I found the culprit. Seems that while on guard duty, the follower’s aggression level goes to level 2, enemies and neutrals, when it should be 1, just enemies.
      I’ve tried with console and I can’t override it. There would be a patch needed to adjust the values. If there is anyone willing to patch, it would be immensely appreciated <3

    NPC don't go home . After you dismiss them from your party they just stand there.

    Hail and well met. Does this mod need an update since the Paid Mod Update? been checking mods that are at least 4 years out of date and wondering. I am NOT a modder of any kind but do appreciate the hard work you people do.

    Trying to assign Meeko to Breezehome but he still follows me. I tried changing it in MCM but when I exit the menu after assigning him to Breezehome the selection doesn't save. Could it be something going on with the fact that I also have other followers right now? I have Serana and Meeko following me right now, along with the Spectral Assassin spell active. I also currently have two Elytra Nymphs assigned to Breezehome. I do not have any companion mods other than this.
