21/11/18 Added correct folder structure for the meshes.
12/11/18 Added an optional file containing Meshes for those of you still experiencing the Black Face Bug.

Just to clarify as I have already stated: I am unlikely to make changes to this mod unless there is an issue directly caused by this port, let alone patches for mods I do not use.
I have finally made the crossover from Oldrim, and have made about 30 Ports that I am awaiting permissions before posting.
The reason I have made the ports is because the files aren't available on SE, and rather than everyone making their own ports for mods (and not uploading them on Nexus which seems to be what a lot of people are doing judging by the threads) I thought I may as well give something back to a resource that has given me so much.
I am on my first play-through of SE will all mods enabled + mods that were available for SE, so I am testing a lot of different mods simultaneously while awaiting permissions.
Your comments and suggestions are welcome, but if you want a port; or want something done and are in a position to do it then by all means do so.
If you want the file uploaded by me, PM me and obviously I will state that you made the patch etc

Best store mod out there. Superior to "rug" and "out-of-the-way shop"

Asking followers to man the stand is buggy, so i stick with a hired merchant who takes 20% tax, which is more balanced anyway. There is clipping with city overall mods, so i just select whatever rock or such is in the way with the console, and 'disable' it. Don't try to sell custom enchanted items, as they'll only sell for their base value.

Otherwise it's great. Stuff still makes profit and setting up trades nets you decent crafting supplies. I like the trade in the solitude stall that get you rare clothes like the psijic outfit.

First I'd like to add to UltraRanger72's Post... it would be Sooooo much Nicer.... Cooler... Immersive to have a Real Stand, and not a Chair & Rug (Better than Nothing, mind You... but rather have a Stand). Or if we could just sit at this Stand, and it would operate like Your Market Stall would be Awesome!!!

But on a Different Note:  Is it possible to change the speed in which items are sold?  I set up Stand in Solitude, and decided to sell only Potions... which I had been collecting since the start of the game... I had tons of Potions.  They all sold out for a little over 5 Grand in one day.  My WhiteRun Stand with a variety of items probably do the same, but since I only checked on it once ever 1 or 2 weeks (Travelling a lot) I didn't notice.  I like the ease of selling stuff, but I don't like getting Rich over night :(.

    Crossed Fingers and Advanced Thanx!!!

Leaving this comment for anyone wanting to use Adura's Merchant Mod but can't due to incompatibility with JK's Skyrim or another city overhaul mod. I found a really good alternative - Your Market Stall.

It's a little more ramshackle than Adura's, as you won't have an actual stand, but you do get a really cool little market setup that you can deploy anywhere to sell your items to passing citizens. It has great immersion elements, and you can still have an NPC follower automatically sell your items for you.

Adura's is still a great mod, and I highly recommend it, but I thought I'd share my findings for those that can't use it, as Adura's is no longer being updated.?

Your Market Stall is a lovely mod but it sells stuff extremely high, you can buy stuff from other traders and just start selling it at your stall and make profit. ruined a play through for me when i realized it

Yeah, I do agree with that flaw. It is a wonderful mod, and I love using it, but I've noticed that issue too. Even if you select the sell at a discount rate, you tend to get more than if you were to sell it to a vendor. I'm not really skilled in modding, but I'm curious how hard it would be to modify it to just adjust the percent you sell for. Balancing the selling price to be more in line with the vanilla traders would put the mod in a great spot.

im new to modding skyrim, but after looking into the bsa and adjusting all sorts of things i have came to the conclusion that this mod uses magic to operate. im joking but i just have no clue , maybe its something in the pex files? i experimented and adjusted the bsa's payTax, float factor, and speech influence but no changes ever seemed to apply dispite saving the bsa and reloading to check the changes. even releasing the loose modified files into the script folder didnt change anything (since loose always over rules bsa youd think this would do it)
i can share my notes and what ive done if you wanna take a crack at it, save ya some time

Can someone make a compatibility patch for JK's Skyrim? I prefer an actual stand like this than Your Market Stall's... carpet?

since the items sell at full value, which is going to make you hell of a lot more money, i think to balance this mod out a little, it should probably start at a max of 30 gold per piece youre selling, and have a total weight limit to the items you can put into the box. something like 100 to start with.

as the merchant level increases and the gold per limit increases item, the weight limit could increase with it.

though id still put a system in place, where the items have a % chance to sell to customers dependent on their value. so cheaper items like potatos sell much faster and in larger qunatities per customer, than the more expensive ones like a piece of dwarven armor, to add a little bit of realism.

I just wanted to say that I am using Live Another Life and started by owning the property in Whiterun, but I have had no issues with this mod. I was able to purchase the stand from Dragonsreach and also hire the woman from the tavern to work for me. So far, everything is working great.

Question... I started the game from the beginning, added enough money to afford the house, then played up to it. Bought the house, then the stand, killed a dragon... Now im sitting at my stall but nobody is walking by. In fact, anyone that is even remotely coming close decide to take a detour around my house to "avoid" my stall. This kinda feels like im diseased or something that everyone is trying to avoid. Anyone else having this problem where nobody is coming to their stall. I have stuff in the box for sale, (the one on the ground, not the locker on the table) and dropped a few things on the stand itself to make it look a bit more like a stall (im sure it has no effect other than aesthetics), and have sat at the stall for quite some time. It is daytime. Mods im using are, Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul, Skyrim hd 2k textures, Realistic lighting overhaul, Apocalypse, Ordinator (not sure what that even is tbh), Unread Books Glow SSE, Better Vampires 8.3 SE, Run for your lives, Enhanced blood textures SE, Perk points and more gold for bounty quests, Moonlight tales Speacial edition . werewolf and werebear overhaul, Pickpocket Chance 100, Become high king of skyrim V2 SE, Amazing Follower Tweaks, (a mod i will not name but is just for textures), Tainted blood of the dragonborn, Royal bloodline vampire lord perk tree, Beyond Skyrim Bruma SE, Beyond Skyrim dlc integration patch, SkyUI SE, Moonlight tales MCM, Adura's Merchant mod (obviously and pretty far, almost last in load order), SkyUI config tweak - equipped items on top. Granted, i didnt update them since i picked the game up again but they were all working back then so i expected them to work now as well. The only thing i can imagine causing this is the immersive citizens so, is it compatible and the fault lies somewhere else or should i disable it?

did you manage to figure if immersive citizens was causing this issue?
I've just started a merchant style playthrough, and am interested in this mod, but I'm wondering if I should look elsewhere because I also use immersive citizens.
      Thanks!

Had the same issue, after waiting for a few days (1hr at a time) i finally used the CK to look into the actors.  There are 2 in each of the 4 locations you can buy a stand.

Found 7 of 8 in the mod, I could not find the Master of Commerce in Whiterun.

Edit:  After all that work, I reloaded a save where I was waiting in Dragonsreach, and there he was...

Just an FYI for everyone, the merchant in Whiterun to purchase the stand from is called Denaris Pecunia, found him sitting at the table in Dragonsreach. They have names, they're not called "The Master of Commerce". Hope this helps.
