where do those draugr death lords, warlock lords, and cave bears go while you are leveling up? On a nice picnic while they wait for some wandering hero to get above their level? No more will they! Now, any and and all enemies can spawn at any level, even ancient dragons at level 1.

Why does everything get stronger with you? It's the world, you should get stronger for it! Now Everything is already strong, you must grow from a super weak prisoner, to the crazy OP dragonborn badass that you truely are, but first, you must, survive...
The Great and Almighty Alan Presents Alan's Extreme Unleveler!
The minimum level of every single encounter zone in the game is set to a whopping 100! No more shmoozying on up to that dragonstone in an ancient burial crypt full of dangerous draugr at level 2. Every single battle will be terrifying until you are as strong as the world, which, might take a while. To compensate my, and by extension, your own insanity, I recommend downloading this mod right here, Realistic Legendary Damage then set the game to legendary, if you will most likely die in one hit, why not make everyone do more damage? As always, Good Luck. And, you will need a new save for any area you have already been to, to be effected, otherwise, it's just new places that get much harder.
