About this mod

Now each city, town and village in Skyrim has new respawnable, with own AI package and daily action NPCs. They walk, sit, go into shops, temples/Hall of Deads, explore, interact, work and so on. For lunch but more often during night a lot of them populate taverns and inns (all this without using scripts).
More life into Skyrim! Long life

POPULATED CITIES TOWNS VILLAGES

-LEGENDARY EDITION-

Users of open cities, please see the open cities version here:
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11309?tab=description

NOTICE:  Once we (the SoT team) start to enhance and mold the mod to match our sick and twisted vision for it, we will usher it into our SoT family line of mods and this description page's theme will change to match accordingly.

also please note:

(A place has been added for Npcs to sleep below inns. Not meant for player to visit).  A place to sleep. I've added a cellar under each hold for the NPCs to spend the night in. Taverns should no longer be overcrowded at night. Compatibility with JKs Skyrim and Inncredible has been taken into account. Note to immersion junkies and those with video game ADD: These cellars are not really meant to be visited by players and consist of a basic INN with the fire and bar removed and more rooms added. They may feel "meh" if you visit.

ATTENTION ALL YOU MAGGOTS:  Our all new Hell Edition (an "all in one") has recently been released and is available here; enjoy the suffering.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION
I was a great fan of Populated Cities. Unfortunately this mod use scripts and isn’t supported anymore. So I have created “PCTV”.
Long life to Skyrim!

Respawnable (with different aspect) NPCs:

DARKWATER CROSSING NPCs (3 new NPCs)
DAWNSTAR (12 new NPCs)
DRAGON BRIDGE (5 new NPCs)
FALKREATH (7 new NPCs)
IVARSTEAD (5 new NPCs)
KYNESGROVE (4 new NPCs)
MORTHAL (9 new NPCs)
RIVERWOOD (5 new NPCs)
RORIKSTEAD (5 new NPCs)
WHITERUN (28 new NPCs)
WINDHELM (19 new NPCs)
WINTERHOLD (TOWN) (8 new NPCs)
SOLITUDE (37 new NPCs)
RIFTEN (26 new NPCs)
MARKARTH (20 new NPCs)

TOTAL NEW GENERIC NPCs: 189

2) COMPATIBILITY

PCTV is compatible with everything. BUT, adding a lot of NPCs may afflicts performances of Low-End P.C. Users of Jks Skyrim and lighting overhauls should load them after this mod. If not, some new lighting may revert to vanilla. Users of open cities should see the open cities version linked above.

3) INSTALLATION

PCTV is only an .esp (with meshes&textures for new NPC faces – PCTV uses 922 facegens to give you always new faces when NPCs respawn. Moreover, every time a NPC respawn his clothes change). So you may install and uninstall it without issue. It doesn’t use script!
You may put PCTV anywhere in your load order, because this mod doesn’t affect vanilla Skyrim. However, you should load it before JKs Skyrim and lighting overhauls.
You may install PCTV using an installer as NMM (Nexus Mod Manager), Mod Organizer, and so on.

4) REQUIREMENTS

Nothing.

5) KNOWN BUGS

None.
