1.1 - Perfected speed values. Increased swimming & walking speed a tad.

1. Purpose:

Makes all horses in the game faster:
Walking speed 150 (up from 125.11).
Running speed 600 (up from 450).
Sprinting speed 950 (up from 600)
Swimming speed 300 (up from 210).
2. How to use:
==============
Put .esp file in data folder. Run with Nexus Mod Manager.
3. Notes:
