   Is this mod compatible with Realistic needs and diseases? The description doesn't mention anything about it.

      This mod doesn't modify food, just adds more vanilla food items to inns. So it should work fine.

   Is anyone using this with CACO? The mod (all three actually) look great...just wondering about the new recipes from CACO.

   Have you added sweet rolls? They are almost impossible to find. And meat pies. You would think both would be popular items.

      I did add sweet rolls. To add the meat pies I would have to include the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch as a requirement. In the vanilla game, they just show up as apple pies for some weird reason. But I might make another file with that included.
