This mod is aimed to make Dragonrend into the shout that could take down the most feared dragon.

Overview
Dragonrend is a shout that is supposed to take down
dragons and claw into a dragon's very soul, yet
when you release this powerful shout, it just
grounds the dragon, which is useful, but when
Arngeir tells the Dragonborn about the shout, he
clearly states that there is some sort of negative
effect about this specific shout.

Changes
Dragonrend -
First Word - None
Second Word - None
Third Word - Increased grounding effect from 22 sec to 40 sec,
added a 20 sec bleeding effect to dragons, added 33 sec bleeding
effect on the caster, and 30 sec of increased shout cooldown for
the caster
Notes: My idea was that Dragonrend was built on so much hatred
that when the Dragonborn uses the shout, the targeted dragon will
bleed from that hatred, but it also affects the Dragonborn by making
him/her bleed from their mouth, which makes them unable to shout
for a while.
Dragonrend V2 -
First Word - None
Second Word - None
Third Word - Decreased grounding effect from 22 sec to 20 sec,
added 40 points of damage, stamina and magicka rate decreased by 50%
for 5 min for the caster, and reduced shout cooldown for 5 min for the
caster.
