Overview
I was trying to find a new main menu and couldn't find one complete overhaul that I liked, but I saw multiple parts that I liked so I decided to combine their files into one download.
To get the intro replacer you need to go into your skyrim.ini and add the following line under general "sIntroSequence=Bethesda_Intro_Logo_Replaced-1080p.bik"
If you don't the replacer won't show for you.

Side Note
This Mod Is Opted to receive Donation Points, however all of the reward points will be given to Wildlife Conservation Society
