using ominous ENB ELF enhancer darken dungeons RLO exterior
i'm coming back and setting it up. i don't have any other light source mods like embers, etc. yet
with ELF darken dungeons it's like using hardcore but only the dungeons are dark. usually for me the skeever is pitch black except for the candles. with this it's a warm light with candles shining their little area. the exterior is nice and dark at night with the light sources from RLO. I haven't had any glitching yet. i'll take it.
This combined with Darker Dungeons SE (which switches off light sources depending on preference) achieves what I could have gotten with ELFX, except that I'd have to give up my beloved Obsidian Weathers and Darker Nights, and that's just not an option.
There is another mod out there that seeks to do something similar to this (DDD) but that one tunes down the brightness entirely, just like in the game's display options, including light sources. This mod keeps light sources bright, retaining contrast.
Thank you so much for making these spaces more exciting and realistically dark, without overdoing it, I might add!
