This patch fixes the issues caused by using Windhelm Exterior Altered and Open Cities Skyrim together. When using these two mods together, you will experience either severe clipping or a break of OCS functionality depending on your load order. This mod addressees the latter, the other is fixed by load order. With both mods installed without the patch, a second gate will appear over the open cities gate, making it impossible to enter Windhelm in the Skyrim world-space, as OCS allows. This mod fixes this issue.
