To access the textures added by this mod, make sure to press T over the default textures to show the list of textures added by the mod To apply glow to Body, Foot, and Hand paints, press T while inside the color selection menu (glow does not work on Makeup unfortunately). BodyPaints tab not showing up? You may need to update RaceMenu if you have not in a while. If you are having issues with the game freezing after leaving RaceMenu after applying a warpaint, and have SSE Engine Fixes, apparently having BSReadWriteLock set to false(in its INI) should help alleviate the issue.
Hi, Im having an issue with the bodypaint as i cannot get them to appear on my character, I have used T to select the bodypaints from default and then changed the color shaders and everything, but they are not working. I am using the GOG anniversary edition of skyrim and vortex for the mods; any ideas?
I can only briefly see the problem before my game crashes but it seems to consistently CDT on "61 Convernus Arm" on all characters. This actually stops me from being able to customize my character.
Converus warpaints come from community overlays 3 I believe, which has a patch in the optional files for the converus bug fix, essentially reduces the converus texture sizes from 8k to 2k
I've used these for a while but suddenly they seem not not touch unless I set the weight to 100%. I've had the character at 0 weight to start with Pumping Iron and have never had an issue before.
I seem to be having issues getting this mod to function properly. I installed the 2k version and when I go to create my character, the Makeup, Body Paint, Hand Paint, and Foot Paint RaceMenu tabs are completely empty. Not even the default texture tabs remain. Is there any way to remedy this situation? I can't think of any mod I have causing a conflict like this.
So I'm currently using SKSE version 2.0.12 (the most recent one) and RaceMenu version 0.3.1 (the second most recent). I would upgrade to RaceMenu 0.3.2 but it's a bit buggy right now so I'd rather wait until it's updated again. Are these newer versions of the mod incompatible with this one?
Normally the bug is caused by a mismatch, I can't be 100% sure on the exact cause, but either of the two is out of date is normally what is causing it. This mod is meant to be compatible with any version of RaceMenu so long as RaceMenu itself it working properly.
Hmmm, I tried updating RaceMenu to the latest version and the issue still persists. I should mention that it seems like more than just the Makeup and Paint tabs are messed up as well. The light toggle provided by RaceMenu no longer functions, and on the race select screen the little side panel detailing the starting stat bonuses for each race is gone. Uninstalling this mod returned full functionality to RaceMenu, so I'm not sure what's going on here either.
I seem to be having a similar problem, but it also disables the mod every time that I exit the game. reinstalling both this mod and racemenu fixes it temporarily, but it keeps coming back. any ideas for a permanent fix?
Just here to report that this is still an issue and reinstalling RaceMenu works to fix it. Even if you already have the newest version of RaceMenu, it needs to be reinstalled if nothing shows up in the BodyPaint menu.
I'm having the same issue with the latest version of both racemenu and this (as of writing this). I haven't tried other bodypaints yet but I'll keep messing around to see if something works. If worst comes to worst, is it feasible for me to simply rebuild the SKSE plugin part of this mod so it can 100% work with racemenu? Not sure if it's as simple as updating form versions from LE to SE or what have you, or more complicated.
Edit: Nevermind. I have literally no idea what I did differently but the textures finally showed up after starting a game, quitting, starting another game, quitting, and starting again. I hate this game LOL. For the record I'm loading the body paints right after RaceMenuPlugins.esp now.
