A number of stats (value, weight, damage, crit damage, speed and reach) for the bows in the excellent Scoped Bows SE by Outlaw666 are all based on the vanilla values of their unscoped counterparts, with some tweaks by the author.  If you use it alongside another mod that greatly alters the unscoped bow's stats, the stats on your scoped bows won't match and will likely be inferior, especially when it comes to unique bows using MLU or ZIA. This "compatibility kit" therefore provides full compatibility with USSEP, vanilla stats, WACCF, MLU, ZIA and OMEGA MLU.

Patches are also provided for 3 NPC Replacer mods - Bijin Warmaidens (and related AIOs), Divine People of Skyrim Men Only, and The Huntress Reborn - Aela
Replacer.  If you are using my THR-Aela  USSEP patch from my QUASIPC mod, you will no longer need it after you install this Scoped Bows patch for that replacer.

LINKS TO ALL MODS FOR WHICH THIS MOD PROVIDES COMPATIBILITY ARE LISTED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS TAB

YES, YOU NEED TO INSTALL THE ORIGINAL SCOPED BOWS SE BEFORE INSTALLING THIS

ALL versions forward all USSEP fixes.  One rule that USSEP applies universally that I also applied to all versions is that crit damage is set to 1/2 base damage rounded down.  There is one exception I've made to this - Auriel's Bow.  See further below for details.

INSTALLER STEPS

STEP 1:  CHOOSE YOUR REPLACER ESP

1)  In this step, you replace the original mod's ScopedBows.esp with one of 3 versions.  Here's the rules I used for making them:

Original Version (available if you do not have WACCF installed):

Value is same as Scoped Bows SE (much higher than vanilla, USSEP or even WACCF.  Comparable to MLU/ZIA values.)
Weight is same as Scoped Bows SE (usually but not always 1 lb higher than vanilla)
Base Damage is same as Scoped Bows SE (usually but not always +1 damage over vanilla unscoped bows)
Crit Damage is Base Damage / 2 rounded down (USSEP fixes any variations away from this, so I do as well, except for Auriel's Bow)

Vanilla Version (available if you do not have WACCF installed):

Value of unique bows is same as Vanilla
Value of non-unique scoped bows is between 1.1x and 2x the value of non-scoped Vanilla, up to a maximum of 200 gold more
Weight of unique bows with prebuilt scopes is same as Vanilla/USSEP
Weight of non-unique scoped bows is same as non-scoped Vanilla bow + 1 pound
Base Damage of scoped bows is same as unscoped bows in Vanilla/USSEP
Crit Damage is Base Damage / 2 rounded down, except for Auriel's Bow

WACCF Version (this version is required and will be selected automatically if you have WACCF installed):

Value of unique bows is same as WACCF
Value of non-unique scoped bows is between 1.1x and 1.6x the value of non-scoped WACCF, up to a maximum of 200 gold more
Weight of unique bows with prebuilt scopes is same as WACCF
Weight of non-unique scoped bows is same as non-scoped WACCF version + 1 pound
Base Damage of scoped bows is same as unscoped bows in WACCF
Speed and reach are same as WACCF
Crit Damage is Base Damage / 2 rounded down, except for Auriel's Bow

If you're not using MLU, ZIA, OMEGA or any of the supported NPC Replacers, you're done.  Otherwise:

STEP 2:  Choose ESP or ESPFE plugins for the patches available in the following steps.

STEP 3:   Install MLU/ZIA/OMEGA Patches

This step will only appear if you have Morrowloot Ultimate, Zim's Immersive Artifacts or any OMEGA MLU version installed.  Depending on which ESP's you have installed, the correct choice between a ZIA-only patch, an MLU-only patch, or a combined MLU-ZIA patch will be automatically selected for you by the installer.

Details on these patches:

1)  ScopedBows_MLU patch:  Sets all non-unique scoped bows to the MLU values of their unscoped counterparts and weigh 1 pound more.  Unique
scoped bows have identical stats to MLU.
2)  ScopedBows_ZIA patch:  Sets the couple of unique bows in ZIA (Nightingale, Auriel)'s stats to their ZIA values and effects.
3)  ScopedBows_MLU_ZIA patch:  Combines the two above patches, with ZIA stats overriding MLU stats.

STEP 4:  Install NPC Replacer Patches

This step will only appear if you have Bijin Warmaidens or any of the available AIO replacer ESPs, Divine People of Skyrim (Men Only) or The Huntress Reborn - Aela Replacer installed .  The available patch options will be unavailable or checked by default depending on if the relevant ESP's are detected in your load order.

DETAILS REGARDING AURIEL'S BOW CHANGES:

I'm handling Auriel's Bow the same as described above, except for crit damage.  USSEP strictly enforces the crit damage formula of (crit damage = 1/2 base damage rounded down) on ALL weapons.  I don't have a problem with that in general (and in almost all circumstances, the correction USSEP applies amounts to fixing a zero value or a tiny rounding error) and thus enforced it strictly myself.  However, there is one single case in the vanilla stats where the difference between USSEP's formula and the vanilla setting was NOT just a zero or tiny rounding error from the formula, and I think it was deliberate:  Auriel's Bow.  If you look in Dawnguard.esm, the vanilla stat for Auriel's Bow ciritical damage is EQUAL to its base damage (13 for both).  In my opinion, this was deliberate and goes a long way toward explaining why Bethesda gave the bow such a crappy base damage for what should have been a legendary weapon - it was meant to be ordinary in regular damage but superior in critical damage.  All the other mods I'm providing compatibility followed USSEP's lead and also heavily nerfed (by half) the critical damage of Auriel's Bow.  I have decided to revert this single USSEP change for this mod, and Auriel's Bow's critical damage is set to be equal to the base damage as set by whichever mod's you're adding compatibility for.
