Hey, this is my first time using Nexus and I have a problem. I am playing The Great Cities of JK North .Morthal, Dawnstar mod, when I approach these cities or use fast travel, the game crashes and the desktop appears. I point out that Falkreath and Winterhold work fine for me in these locations. I noticed that Morthal Dawnstar have the plug-in light on, maybe this is the problem that these locations are not working?
So I don't know anything about modding nor can I find a patch for this mod and JK's Skyrim. Would they be compatible enough to create one? And if so, would anyone be so kind as to make one?
They are compatible enough, and look great together. Despite switching to COTN+JK for Morthal and Falkreath, and the glorious GC of Winterhold v4, I refuse to give up JK+Great City of Dawnstar (as well as the combo for Rorikstead and Dragon Bridge).
There was a compatibility patch. I was fortunate enough to download it in late January. It's gone now. The maker hid it and recommends a set for COTN, which doesn't include Great City. Have no idea why he pointed to a COTN patch collection for Great Cities. LOOT says that patch has Form IDs outside the range for an ESL, whatever that means. So, a new one does need to be made.
If you're using JKs + Great Cities All in One there is a patch that merges those pretty flawlessly.
How has this been out this long and there's SO many mods that need patches for it that was never done? I gave up COTN because the interiors were bugged and broken, hoping to come over here and download this one and I am seeing all the same issues in the comments.
In the white hall if you take the stairs on the left there is a 1-way invisible wall that makes you stuck in the room, as well as z-fighting textures on the floor
Yes, it happens to me as well. It's a shame because the city looks great. But I cannot play with the White Hall wrecked so I'm looking for another Dawnstar overhaul.
USSEP changes a bunch of placed objects in Dawnstar to be the snowy version (e.g. vanilla: Walkway02, USSEP: Walkway02Snow) . TGC Dawnstar then reverts this. Is this intentional?

For some reason i cannot see the textures the owner shows on Images, can someone explane me why or help me about it ?
Fixed it by moving Dawnstar down the order.
