This mod makes it easy to construct your home quickly but still makes you have to work for mounted plaques and trophy items. Takes the major grind away, but still feels like your building your own home.

This mod allows you to easily construct your hearthfire estates without breaking immersion and without having to spend hours grinding for items.
Its the happy middle ground between a cheat and wanting to build your own home.

Items that are NOT included are:
Sawn Logs
Quarried Stone
Clay
required items for the Trophies
required items for the Shrines
required items for the Mounted Plaques
Leaving these few items out but gifting you all the rest of the required items to craft absolutely everything else takes the major grind out of building your home but still makes you feel like you have worked hard to create your masterpiece.
