Enables the spell Conjure Wisp which summons one of the blue bouncing ghosts found in Yngol Barrows. They provide light and amusement. The spell can be learned by reading a copy of Yngol and the Sea-Ghosts.
Be forewarned they bounce around like a pack of children. Summon with caution in homes.
