This mod makes greatswords swing slightly faster than battleaxes. That's all.

UPDATE 11/14/2016: Even Faster Greatswords has just been updated to version 1.18. The mod has been remade from the ground up using the version of the Creation Kit made specifically for Skyrim Special Edition. I've also added support for greatswords added by Dawnguard and Dragonborn. If I don't get the "standard" version updated tonight, I'll do it tomorrow when I get off work. Thank you for your patience.
I always liked the look of greatswords (and swords in general), but found it odd that they swing just as fast as battleaxes. Since battleaxes also deal more damage, they are objectively better than greatswords. In an attempt to level the playing field, this mod changes the speed multiplier for all greatswords from 0.7 to 0.75. It's not a huge difference, but I didn't want to break the balance of the game.
By popular demand, I've created an alternate version of the mod which sets the speed multiplier to 0.8 instead of 0.75. It can be found in the "Files" tab. Be sure to let me know which version you prefer.
