Fixes all the typos from 184Gesu's mod Elemental Dragons. The author was Japanese and there are a lot of spelling and grammatical errors.

The second file adds some static dragon scales from the mod into the world. Now you aren't the only dragon slayer in Skyrim. Helpful for Legacy users who wish to track all of the scales but cannot get some due to them disappearing from leveled lists. Locations included in the Docs tab of this page.
