This mod works perfectly fine in VR - CTD at startup generally means missing master files. Make sure you have any dependencies active, such as USSEP if you chose that option or dependencies that any patches might require
ok thank you. i clicked i dont have the unofficial patch after reinstalling and now it works. only strange thing is i do in fact have the patch. but ok whatever. it fixed it for me
Anyone else having trouble with Anuriel in Riften (Jar's House)? She has her vanilla appearance (face specifically) with abnormally dark skin.
I realize this is most likely user error but seeing as she is the only NPC I have found with this issue (and I have no other mods that edit Anuriel, to my knowledge at least), I am considering the possibility that this is a left over bug in the mod.
Would anyone be willing to confirm, and double check if Anuriel looks as she should on your end?
It's on your end and sounds like a mod conflict, it doesn't have to be another NPC overhaul conflicting but any mod that directly edits Anuriel in any way - inventory, AI package, outfit, perks etc. We can help you sort it out over on discord if you need

I just want to clarify though in case anyone gets confused by this, it's not a bug fix because there's no bug in this mod that needs fixing. You have a mod conflict in your load order and the face discoloration fix is a band-aid solution - your mod conflict is still very much present. It's a perfectly good solution though because most likely the only side effect of this specific mod conflict is purely visual :)
I just found your collection with overhauls for NPCs and really liked it, however I also found "AI Overhaul SSE" mod and wanted to use it too, it's not entirely clear if it can be used with your mods.
It is said that for AI mod you need a special patch for NPCs overhauls, what puzzles me is: 1) Pandorable's NPCs - Dragonborn has this patch in optional files, all good here 2) Pandorable's NPCs - Dawnguard has it in old files section. Does it mean the patch for that mod does not work and is there for some old version? 3) Pandorable's NPCs (this mod) does not have this file at all on its page. Does it mean, I can't use "AI Overhaul SSE" if I use this mod?
Or does that patch "courtesy of toostruus" works for all those 3 mods?
Any mod that directly edits an NPC (such as AI overhaul and visual overhauls like this one) will need a patch for any other mod that also edits that same NPC, assuming you want the effects of both mods. If you don't use a patch, you will only get the effects of one of them, and perhaps some bugs. I no longer provide any patches and whatever I have up is for older versions of AI overhaul so I wouldn't use those. You can likely find patches uploaded by other people, but AI overhaul gets pretty regular updates so make sure the patch file versions actually matches the version of AI overhaul you're using.

Hello, I couldn't decide which mod to comment on so I chose this one! I'm using your big and small all-in-ones, and I'm having some issues with baldness and skincolor (Urthgerd the Unbroken looks like a redguard?). I use Vortex and don't actually know how to change load order, and the thought of reinstalling these 20-odd mods sounds exhausting. Would you happen to have a simple answer to something that I'm missing? The only mods I have that affects NPCs that I can think of is Immersive Citizens and Ja-Kha'jay. I use the tempered male and female skins, UNP and HIMBO bodies.

Hi Pandorable, first of all - thank you for all the hard work you have put into making your NPC replacements. Especially considering male AND female replacements. It makes the game much more enjoyable.
I recently found "Karita" - and she is just so incredibly lovely and adorable. I wonder if it would be possible to export her as a preset or a companion? I would really like to have her as playable character or a companion replacement, though I have not found a way to "extract her looks" myself. (and I was a little sad about the fact that she is supposed to dissappear as quickly as she appeared...) I would like to keep her in the game :)
