The reason given by the author is: SO. Sorry for waiting, I left these days. 1st at all, one guy ask me to port this mod. I haven't SSE, and port this mod blindly, because don't know mod mechanics on SSE. When I'll back to my workplace*, I'll retry porting. Now I can just recommend install this mod manually from LE version (put ESP files into *Skyrim Special Edition\Data*) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91782
