About this mod

Makes the Whiterun tundra green and mossy. Very lightweight and performance friendly. In fact, there should be no performance impact at all.

SUMMARY

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
This is a simple texture replacer. No esp. It reuses vanilla SE textures, mainly those you see in the reach. There should be no negative performance impact. Or any impact.

The result is a greener 'tundra'. Only the orange/yellow tundra textures are replaced. So no other areas should be affected.

Maybe orange/yellow is realistic. But I think green looks nicer. A little saturation boost makes it much nicer.

"But tundra's aren't green!"
Whatever, I thought it looked nice

TWO VERSIONS - Just install one
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

1. BASIC: Normal/Standard version. Textures are a bit more varied in this.
2. MORE MOSS: Uses the reach moss texture more extensively. It's greener/more uniform. Closer to the concept art. But maybe a bit too much of the same for some?

Performance wise no difference.

Compability-wise this mod will either overwrite or get overwritten by any other texture mod that affects the same area. Depends on where you place it in the load order.

LOD
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

This mod does not edit the tundra lod. Which means the lod wont be green. You can see it on some the screenshots. You probably want to fix that shit.

Terrain LOD redone has a green lod for the Whiterun area:

For Oldrim there's a greener lod mod.

xLODGEN can be use to generate terrain lod as well.

If you've got a good solution to the LOD-problem feel free to tell me. I'll add it to the description.

Added some screens for comparison.

I mainly just work with Oldrim due to a severe case of shitty computer. I probably won't be of much help for any SE questions.

This mod is very simple though, so there's not really much that can go wrong.

Since it's a texture replacement you can just uninstall whenever, if you don't like it.
