Just so people know, this unfortunately doesn't work with the AE version of Skyrim. Some new quest/Creation Club content sits right in front of the castle and it conflicts quite noticeably.
Something about this really speaks to me. It feels like a small castle that's obviously seen better days, but has been given new life by the dragonborn. As much as I love the super neat and organized assets everyone uses in the popular housing mods it's refreshing seeing something this unique. I'm going to add some planters to the roof and a couple training dummy's and benches to the yard and then it will be perfect.
