I don't suppose you'd be willing to upload this to Creation Club?? Would love to be able to use this on my Steam Deck and Creation Club is the only way.
I guess I'm following the same guide (Dragonborns Fate).
I found the RU version ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/114726 ) but can't find a mirror for the english version. Is it still needed or not?
Hello there, Thank you for your great mod. It's super good. I want to ask if all three quest related mods work together. That is the 2 Radiance mods with this. It looks to me that Radiance - Locations and Quests are in Skyrim are pretty similar. Thank you again.
All three mods do different things, and can be used together (This one modifies vanilla radiant quests to only take place within one of the nine holds of skyrim. Radiance - Quests makes quests radiant that previously only had a fixed location. Radiance - Locations modifies locations to create more places radiant quests can send you to.)
I'm following the "A Dragonborn's Fate" guide along with downgrading to Pre-AE Special Edition (1.5.97). Whenever I enable this mod in MO2, it CTD as soon as the Bethesda loading screen pops up. This only happens on the USSEP support version of this mod. Is anyone experiencing this issue?
i had this exact same problem, its because of the version of ussep youre using, you need to use the one made specifically for your skse version, in my case 1.640, here is a link for downloading in case you upgraded, but you should find a 1.5.97 in google easily
What the title says, the generic "Radiant Quests" term applies to those reapeatable (Do this thing) & meaningless quests, that are either RNG (random Number Generation) and/or PR (procedural generation), but they have a "Quest Giver" & may be a r"un once"requirement for other quests, includiing main quests.
The location & object/task required of a "Radiant Quest" is the randomised part, which can select locations outsise of Skyrim Like the DawnGuard / Dragonborn areas before your character even know they exist.
This just limits the immersion breaking & yes it's for fixing the poorly designed Vanilla game (it's NOT required), but if that immersion breaking thing bugs you, it then becomes Required for you.
It will limit all the vanilla radiant quests only to locations in one of the nine skyrim holds. While it was primarily designed with large new land mods such as Beyond Skyrim in mind, it also has an effect on the vanilla game, where it disallows those quests from taking place in Solstheim.
Save your game before opening the door to Castle Dawnguard, go to Sorine immediately and ask for a quest, and then reload if you get a Solstheim location. Works in vanilla.
Having read through the bug reports and taken a look at this mod in xEdit, I agree with the solution posted in the "Hunting the monster" bug report that the EqualTo/Or setting on the condition for a number of the quests is the cause of the issues people have been having. I'm not sure what the purpose of the GetQuestRunning condition that this mod adds is, but the OR is essentially nullifying the FormList check. All of the reported problem quests have this, while the quests that simply have EqualTo and no GetQuestRunning condition (mostly Theives Guild quests it seems) I have not seen issues reported.
@SarthesArai I have a fixed copy of the plugin that I'm happy to send you if you are open to publishing an update.
It was an attempt to prevent the issue of Dawnguard radiant quests suddenly stopping to appear. Apparently, that was not the solution, and I'm back at the point where I have no idea why this is happening...
I personally have not encountered that issue, but if adding that OR condition has not fixed it for others, I think it's worth reverting it so that at least the primary purpose of the mod to keep quests within Skyrim remains more intact. Again, happy to give you my version of the USSEP flavor that I've made those changes on if you want to post it as either an update or optional file for people to try. Or, with your permission I would also be fine posting it myself as a separate mod if you've moved on from this.

Hello, can you adapt these two mods??
