-= Requires Leaf Rest SSE v1.6 or T'Skyrim - Riverwood with Leaf Rest v2.2 by Mnikjom and Aukmat =-

I made this patch for the famous Leaf Rest house mod, for those like myself who prefer to use their hard-earned Septims to purchase their real estate.

Description:
This mod makes the Leaf Rest SSE home purchasable, by removing the key from the mailbox and giving it to Lucan Valerius at the Riverwood Trader.  The price of the key is set at 3000 gold, but varies depending on your speech skills (due to the fact that the key is sold as a misc item) and can be over 9000 gold if you have no Speech.  I set it fairly low because I figured you get to Riverwood early on so the price will be high with your low Speech, then it will be cheaper later on, but let me know if you think it's should be adjusted.

I've placed a Notice of Sale where the key was in the mailbox, detailing that the house has been seized and Lucan is handling its purchase.  The front door of Leaf Rest should already be locked, as well as the basement door, but I've noticed that if you spawn into Riverwood that the doors might be unlocked.  This seems to be an issue with the original mod so you'll just have to ignore that if you start in Riverwood somehow.

Compatibility:
Same conflicts that the original mods may have.  May also conflict with any mod that edits the Lucan Valerius npc (ID: 0001347A).

Installation:
Load after "LeafRest OnePiece.esp" or "T'Skyrim Riverwood with Leaf Rest.esp".  Also install the Scripts folder which include DarkFox's script files.  Drop them in your Data folder or use your mod manager, just like any other mod.

Credits:
Thanks to Mnikjom and Aukmat for the amazing Leaf Rest SSE house mod (and for T'Skyrim - Riverwood's Leaf Rest).

This mod uses the PM_Script_BuyKey script from DarkFox127's Project Modularity resource.  Want to make your favorite house mod buyable? Follow his guide here!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xv2QRUR2Peo
