An equisite jewelry store with unique and improved vanilla jewlery pcs at Gray Quarter,Windhelm

This mods adds the new structure in Windhelm,Gray Quarters.The jewelry shop Almalexia.
Inside is a lot of jewelry at display,one security guard,and an owner.
Primary this mod adds an expensive Jewelry Store in Windhelm.
The Secundary intention is to organize a theft of all valuables.Besides the jewelry at display,there is also safe (in bedroom upstairs),andstrongbox which is thought to be cashier.
All cases restart after certain time so you can repeat theft.
All jewelry is unique including circlets,thou the difference is not great,I wanted it to keep lore friendly.
The sewers are unique interrior and last point of this mod is to clear the sewers since there is an rogue necromancer.
and through sewers,which you can enter underneath the bridge,but you must aquaire the key which is in Palace of the Kings.
in a key holder in one of the rooms.
There is also the option to pickpocket the owner,and that way to unlock all the cases with jewelry
