Sorry for bad english. I got really annoyed by amount of magic in game, every single bandit knows some spells, every guard, forsworn etc, acts
like he is an adept of Mage College, this mod supose to change it.

PLEASE READ:
I do have a diferent opinion about magic, for me its rituals, long preparations, etc. I grow up




a Dark Phantom, and it requaired thousands of rituals and weeks of
preparations... In LotR only couple mages in the whole world could cast a
fire ball, like Gandalf or Saruman. In Skyrim every second npc acts in
combat like he spended his child hood in Mage College. That is wrong in
my opinion.
IMPORTANT:
Removed most of the magic from the game

Most of the cultists and mages you meet will go

caves, but in combat they using normal weapons instead of powerfull
magic.
I didnt remove magic from staffs, npcs with staffs will cast magic from staffs.
If you encounter a quest that requaires or uses a spell, and its buged due
to my mod, just disable the mod, finish the quest part, enable the mod
again:-)
I didnt touch shouts as well.
May be incompatible with most of the magic overhaul mods.
SIMPLE MOD WITH NO SCRIPTS.
Put the mod at very bottom of your load order. If you wont load the mod at
the bottom of the load list in your mod manager, some of the npcs may
still use magic:(
Unfortunaly mod have changed hagravens to go
