there are 3 proper photomode mods in skyrim LE, how can skyrim SE doesnt have one, smh

after installed the file in skse/plugin, just type tfc 1 and youre good to go with tilt feature press q and e, r to reset tilt other than that, use mouse scroll to change fov, this thing way better than any photomode mod in skyrim SE
Great mod, got it working fine and I can set up great screens with it. Only problem is I can't figure out how to restrain NPC's, and their random headtracking gets old fast. So how exactly do I restrain NPCs? I can only restrain myself which is useless
I may just be dumb, but how exactly do I scale NPCs with this mod? I can't seem to figure it out and there are no options in the MCM for NPCs specifically. Do I have to select them somehow?
Have been thinking of making something to do this for awhile. But I'm sure yours will be much better than what I had in mind. :)
One issue I've had with previous scale and transformation tools is that any mfg expressions would get reset. Does this preserve applied expressions from the mfg commands (not RaceMenu sliders) during translate/rotate/scale?
Without the NiOverride.pex script file and without skee.dll from GitHub, the mod won't function (at all). RaceMenu itself you don't need, just that script and the .dll.

the SSE ECE does not yet have the ability to rotate your character but if this could work as a work around I'd say massive thumbs up!
