How do I make sure that all the vampire npc don't get these eyes, only some of them while others use the vanilla eyes or another modification is that I don't want all the vampires to have the same eye color
I'm trying to figure out why these eyes are coming out green for all vampires except for me in game. I had ruhadre's eye meshes installed in MO2 as a base layer with the vamp eye fixes but then I loaded this by itself and the eyes are still green, except for my player character. So MO2 shows no conflicts and yet it persists. Are vanilla vamp eye meshes yellow?
I know this is super late, but yes. I'm also using MO2 seems to be a result of the replacer trying to overwrite the previous eyes and instead meshing the two together, as the vanilla vampires have reddish-yellow eyes. I'm not a modder with much experience going in-depth on these matters, but that's what seems to be happening because I'm experiencing the same issue.
If you found a solution in that month or so, let me know.
I dont think conflicts appear if packed into a .bsa. Use the bsa extractor and unpack your eye files into their MO2 folders and then see whats overwritten.
This used to work fine for me. Now, my eyes come up black with no color. In Racemenu, I can add the blue glowing eyes. I have to do this every time that I load. I also need to do this whenever I revert between VL and humna/Nord mode. Any ideas. I think that the files are in the right locations.
You, sir (or madam, I guess), are a lifesaver ! I remember having this issue in the past and never figuring it out, but disabling an ESP I didn't even knew I had enabled was definitely low on that list.. Thanks !
This mod is simply a texture and mesh replacer. There isn't a unique player vampire eye file so it is a whole level of mod to make just a player vampire eye mod

Do you use the High poly head? [found off site] If so there is a file called High Poly Head Vampire fix.esp make sure that is unselected.
instead use Vampire Facial Reclamation at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community
That is one of the possible reasons. Also a companion mod can screw things up.
Superb Serana Special Edition at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community
Cause me to lose vampire eyes as well 4 years ago.
