I love this. Just as a preface, the only thing I've ever been annoyed with about winterhold was the hay bales in the collage and that blasted bridge. Well, the Mage's Collage removed the hay bales and animal skulls, but it didn't do a thing about the bridge. I've been personally rationalizing the bridge by assuming the damage was recent and they can't get any masons up there to fix it until the turmoil in the province dies down a bit and the season makes it possible to work on. Conjured ice is an excellent temporary solution.
I saw there are several bridge fix mods. Your ones the best, in my opinion.
But!
I installed Immersive College of Winterhold.
Me: "Start via LAL or coc whiterun, does not matter. But, I have the statute at the entrance at the entrance, where Faralda is standing." Mod Author: "You can only repair the bridge once you complete the College quest-line. You can then activate the second focal point of the bridge to fix it (or break it again)."
Does (You) know something about that quest? I didn't find it, yet...
Yes, you have to activate the second blue well from the entrance to the bridge (the town side). The blue wells are the ones that Faralda lights up when you are accepted at the College.
I have tried a few bridge fixes and this is a definite fave and it works great with Obscure's College of Winterhold mod and when you add Transparent and Refracting Icicle and Frost Atronach along with it then the icicles along the side look stunning when you walk past them they shimmer beautifully. Works great alongside Obscure's College of Winterhold and Winterhold Expanded Ruins. Everything seems to fit correctly and the LOD for your bridge SEEMS to work. IDK if your mod adds its own ice transparency, but it works beautifully alongside the Transparent and Refracting Icicle and Frost Atronach mod. In addition to Just Ice 4K, the ice effects on the bridge look excellent. Perfect little addition to finish up my modding on the Winterhold area.
