I'm sure it does the job but you have to use unimmersive spells on every NPC that gets in your way. If the game stores the new data in the actor it would add to save bloat for every NPC you use it on. A more clean fix would have been to replace the chairs in rentable rooms with static chairs. You wouldn't be able to sit there yourself, so it's not super-immersive, but it's not like you really need to. Too bad bethesda didn't make chairs that only work for the player. :)
You could've used the energy you spent writing this on reading the description properly instead, as your comment demonstrates you don't understand what that spell is used for.

Anything that changes the furniture inside rentable inn rooms. Although if they only move the furniture, a merged patch via sseedit could still fix the issue.

Hello Funny I was thinking if there'd even be mod called this, when I had 3 random npc sandbox in my rental room and they're all talking to someone , I;m like gtho and shut up, I'm trying to sleep ...
