You know they're out there. The questionable types, who you only seek out when you need those special "herbs and ingredients".
There are many types of Merchants in Skyrim, but I've always wanted to see more of a variety. In this version, there are 3 new criminal merchant NPCs. Two of them are lollygagging near the entrances of major cities, and one is a little harder to find.

Until I learn a little more, I'm unable to compress Version 1.2 into an esl.
