Spiderwick Manor for SE is for any Vampire, whether a mage, warrior, thief, etc. although one does not have to be a vampire to live in this home. This is a mod I made for Steam users for the pc. Spiderwick has much to offer and is located West of Morthal. There is a map marker so one can fast travel to it. If you do not wish to fast travel, go to Morthal, and as leaving on the road, turn right, and after you cross the bridge you will see it on the right side. This is a "lite" version of Spiderwick.

Spiderwick Manor offers:
Tons of storage
Mannequins to hold all the armor you want
Alchemy and Enchanting
Forge area
Greenhouse area for planting
Thralls for your vampire to feed on
Teleport Spell Book to teleport back to Spiderwick
Helix - a horse that is faster than most
Sithis - a deathhound follower
I am not that great with scripts, and one may experience the following problems:
Helix - if you ride another horse, he may not return to Spiderwick. Just take Helix home and do not fast travel to where you desire to get another horse.
Sithis - there is a note on the dismiss command. It will work, and Sithis will go home, but you will never get him back again. To dismiss him just take him home and tell him to wait.
Sorry about the script problems, yet I cannot get those two problems to work properly. If this becomes a problem, I will remove both Helix and Sithis from the mod. If someone would like to repair these two items for me I would be grateful. Please send me a message if you can help.
