Oh look... it's the Riften 'Thief' spawning in again to become another human pin cushion. Well not anymore, now that useless jerk is no longer part of the Thieves Guild he's a 'Ruffian', and will wear random crappy clothes each time he spawns in. His spawn is also delayed so you won't see him every other night.

On top of that the random thieves that hold you up out in the wilderness are also no longer thieves from the guild but random crappy looking Ruffians. Made no sense that the Thieves Guild would try to kill random people. Their gear (like Riftens Ruffian) is randomly selected from their own Leveled List of Miner, Prisoner, farm hand etc gear.
Bascially they look as crappy as they act.
I can't see it conflicting with anything. I've a huge Load Order and there is no overlap. I have it merged into a 'Miscellanous Merge' to save on the plugin slot with a bunch of other mods. Sharing this here as someone asked for something similar on skyrimmods
