1.Introduction
Hey there! This is my first mod that isn't a simple texture swap so If you'll find any bugs make sure to report them!
Overlord Magic is a mod which main purpose is to bring Overlord into Skyrim. Mod adds over 800: spells (with scroll and staff variants), many unique items, weapons, armors, locations (huge worldspaces and player dungeons), quests all with unique models, sounds and uses all based on the light novel series called "Overlord". I tried my best to make all the spells and items as vanilla as possible and at the same time make them similar to their novel counterparts. That includes spell tome prices, damage and mana costs, all based on vanilla raw data. Eg. Most expensive vanilla spell is "Fire Storm" and costs 1426 magicka per use. Most expensive spell in this mod costs somewhere around 1600 magicka. Same scaling goes for damage and prices.
Almost all spells are, like the name suggest, for a Overlord like character build. In other words most spells are master level and have high requirements to use (like having level 50 for example). Almost all are mid/end game spells, but there are a few low tier ones too!
Spell powers mostly focus on alteration, illusion and conjuration and are either altering your opponents values, summoning powerful minions or crushing their hearts.

Just to clarify any confusion - this is not an "anime" mod! This is an "anime inspired" mod. Meaning you will not find over the top designs, locations, npc that scream "anime". No big eyes and "round" body proportions that completely stick out from vanilla game style-wise. Mod still very much follows vanilla/skyrim NPC/spell/location design style and should fit most type of playthroughs. So you may try it even if you are not a fan of anything that has "anime" keyword anywhere mentioned in it.

What is more - the mod does not force any particular playstyle. While the main focus is magic, there are plenty of non-magic items and skills.

2.Features - what the mod adds
  • 150 spells (39 conjuration, 56 alteration, 13 restoration, 22 destruction, 19 illusion)
  • 7 powers
  • 22 new unique perks with 44 perk points/levels to spend
  • Ability to craft 148 scrolls: all 67 vanilla scrolls and 81 mod scrolls. Scroll crafting comes with a new human parts harvesting mechanic (used as crafting ingredients)
  • new perk tree - Overlord with own requirements and bonuses - works exactly like vanilla perk trees
  • Location: Great Tomb Of Nazarick. Players own dungeon with over 11 floors/dungeons and over 80 mannequins, chests, display cases for player to use
  • New Location has ton of puzzles, traps. This high level dungeon (recommended entry level is around 50) is estimated to be around size of while Solstheim plus a bit more! All floors have unique models and textures! It takes around 10 hours to fully explore!
  • After clearing the dungeon it becomes a fully functional player house. Player becomes the owner of the whole 11 floors and can use them as they please with no limitations
  • Display cases for: Black Books, Paragons, Falmer Eyes, Dragon Priest Masks, Dragon Claws
  • Player's quarters include: 80+ mannequins, 120+ weapon stands
  • Over 50 new unique looking monsters and enemies (Mihail Monsters and vanilla edits)
  • Ring Of Ainz Ooal Gown allowing player to freely move around the Nazarick Tomb
  • A whole new questline, where player follows the steps of group of adventures by exploring a gigantic dungeon, which at the end becomes Players new home
  • New followers: Shalltear, Nigredo, Aura, Mare, Demiurge, Aureole Omega, Rubedo, Sebas Tian, Yuri Alpha, Nabe, Albedo, Pandora's Actor and a few quest followers

3.Installation & requirements
Download and install SKSE64 for SkyrimSE. Download this mod and unpack the zip archive into /Data folder in skyrim directory. Launch the game using SKSE launcher and enable the mod in mod order ingame. Mod should be placed near the end of your load order.

If using a mod loader: depending on which one you use, simply selecting the downloaded mod archive can result in an error of likes "mod data doest look valid" or "contents of /data are invalid" or "no /data found".

Please unpack the downloaded mod archive using your program of choice  (e.g. 7zip) to some folder. Now rename the "mod files drop to data" folder to simply "data". Now right click on your "data" folder you just renamed and pack it again into a archive. Use that archive with your mod loader of choice.


4.F.A.Q
0. Will you convert this mod to :Oldrim(base Skyrim/Legendary)/Xbox/PS/mobile/fridge etc?
No. I only own Special Edition. There is 0.00% chance for this mod to be converted to any other platform. You can try converting the mod back yourself using avaliable methods (google is your friend) but you cannot upload the converted mod anywhere without my permissions first.
Below technical reasons:
PS4: this console doesnt support mods that edit textures\meshes etc. This mod does it so its not compatible at all and never will be.
Xbox: this mod uses SKSE which is only avaliable for PC and will never be on Xbox due to technical limitations. Because of that this mod wont be converted to it
Oldrim: requires lots of work, re-rigging and script rewrite. This would be a separate version to maintain which would double my work. Never gonna happen.


1. Is the mod compatible with x mod?
Almost all items this mod adds use custom effects and resources and do not edit vanilla data. In other words this mod should be compatible with most other mod out there. Still its advised to load this mod last or near the end as it does alter some vanilla data like vanilla magic effect requirements used by overlord perk. Please see the list of known issues/incompatibilities at the end of this page. 

2. Ordinator compatible?
Yes. All spells use vanilla perk benefits BUT those perks are also being used by ordinator so they do get benefits like extra damage or less magic cost. But that's about it. Keep in mind though that although the mod is compatible it does not usually benefit from new, unique perks added by ordinator

3. Load order?
If you want to play as the Lich Race - load the mod after mods that alter vanilla equipment. In all cases the mod should be below mods that alter vanilla magic effects to fully work without "problems". Side effect - manakins will show bones.

4. Will you add x spell or modify it?
If you feel like this mod is missing something, or some spells/items could work different/better then please share your thoughts in the [Forums/Suggestions] section. I always watch and read it. If your suggestion is good Ill always consider adding it.

5. This mod lacks visuals/models for x stuff. Will you add them? I want them custom models!
Well I'm not too good at modelling. At best I can use existing models to convert them into skyrim and texture them (like I did with some already). If you give me a link to a FREE model or make one yourself them Ill put it into the mod. Other than that - sorry. But you can always help if you know how :)

6. How can I get the new spells etc?
Every spell can be bought from vanilla merchants as a spell tome/scroll. You can also craft staffs at the staff enchanter in Solstheim. Armor/weapons are craft-able at any forge as long as you have ebony smiting. Some also require some overlord perks too. You can also acquire them using [Greater Create Item]. All items can also (rarely) be found as leveled loot. If you just want to test the stuff I included a "Cheats.txt" file with the download. Check it out.
Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown can be crafted at the staff enchanter at level 70.Shooting Star Ring - level 80. Some items are rewards for exploration and cannot be crafted. Explore the tomb to find them!


7. I found a bug!
Report it in the [bugs] section and I'll look at it. Make sure it is not already reported and part of "Known Issues" section below.

8. Will you add x to the mod?
Perhaps. I already added most of what I could but there are some things that could be added still. If x  is in my reach, as in I know how to add it and have necessary skills I may do it (if it wont require tremendous amount of work that is)

9. Is the new perk tree (Overlord) compatible with other mods that alter\add new perks?
Yes. Its completely standalone perk like werewolf or vampire perk tree. No mod will have any effect on it and no mod will be affected by it

10. How do I enter the Nazarick Tomb, get the required keys and Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown?
Read the walkthrough guide of the mod that can be found near the bottom of this page.

11. I have 100 points in all 5 schools and perk points to spare but when I try to learn a new Overlord Perk it tells me I don't meet the requirements!!11!1 Fix yo s*** mod
Read the requirements when you download, read the file description, read the first few sentences. Everywhere it is said that SKSE IS NEEDED! Install SKSE and properly use it then it will work. Seriously guys please read before you post those questions

12. I'm trying to use [create super tier undead ] spells like Karstaag, Primal Fire elemental etc. but they wont work???
Some of the creatures have a very large hitbox or simply a huge model. Because of that they require very big open field to be summoned. This is something coded into their race files and I wont change it to make this mod more compatible with others (since it would be a vanilla change). Try using the spell in an big open field and point the cursor and the centre of it. That's something you have to deal with. Sorry. Just some of those creatures were never intended to be summon-able by design

13. I cant see the Perk Tree when I open the Perk menu. Only the vanilla ones. How do I access it?
Please read the Perk Tree section few chapters below. Perk Tree is accessible only after you finish the quest-line and clear the tomb in form of a book.

14. I updated the mod from version 1.12.x to 1.13.x on my current save (without starting a new game) and this mod is broken! Help!?
First - I DO NOT RECOMMEND simply updating the mod on older saves which already had version 1.12 being used. But if you want to:
open console (~) and type: RESETQUEST Overlord_Quest_Nazarick_EnterTomb
This way you can do the new quest like normal. If you dont want to then go to your POWERS menu and find "Overlord Mod Configuration Menu". Use it and add yourself to Nazarick Guild. WARNING: There is a possibility that the quest wont fully reset and some NPCs wont be referenced. In other words
a) after talk with Aura nothing will happen - no fight. Workaround: Kill her
b) Victim fight wont start - solution: kill him
c) Albedo fight wont start : solution : kill her either way
d) Demiurge wont spawn after you cross the bridge. Ignore this part. Go to floor 8.
e) At the end of questline no guardian will be resurrected - you need to manually do that for each of them or spawn a new instance of each npc. The orb in the treasury may also not spawn. 
Remove the Guild Ring and spawn yourself a new one using consoles.When you first teleport to new cells you may end up in mid air/void. Be sure to disable coliisions (TCL) befofe doing that. After second usage of the ring for a given cell everything should be ok. 

15. Can you make a  stripped down version of the mod with only just the spells and without the tomb? I like the spells but I dont like the lore-breaking tomb nor the HDT-SMP incompatibility.
Short answer - no. Long answer - too much work and I would have to update and support two separate versions of the mod - too much work and I myself would not benefit from it as I like playing using the whole mod, so no.

16. Will you use Custom Perk Tree Framework and replace your book-based perk tree?
No. The current perk tree in the mod is too interconnected with the whole mod. I already tried to use it when working on 1.14 version. I quickly realised that using it would require ton of work and rewrtitting half of mod's scripts, quests and spell logic. I may return to this idea in later versions but currently I have no plans to implement it, although I would like to.

17. Can I skip the 99% of the mod contents and get straight to the final treasury room? Can I skip the quest?
Skipping the quest may cause issues/bugs like guardians not becoming your followers or attacking you. You may also experience other issues too - which I wont fix You can try skipping most of the tomb / quest by giving yourself the ring of ainz ooal gown (guild ring) and teleporting to the treasury. You still need to read the 3 books in there and resurrect the guardians normally. .

18. Is the mod compatible with Skyrim AE? Is it compatible with Skyrim VR?
Mod should work without issues in Skyrim AE. You may need to download some patches that fix vanilla texture bugs introduced by Bethesda in AE, which causes CTD first though.
For Skyrim VR I recieved similar responses that it works, although players encountered some minor issues (listed in Known Issues / Bugs). You may have to do some setup on your part to get it to work. Depends on your mod load order etc.

5.Perk List

This perk tree works exactly like other vanilla ones. To learn a perk you need to have at least one perk below it. You also need a perk point to spend and necessary skill level in magic. The exact skill requirements are nicely described in a book guide in-game that is aquired through a quest, so dont worry. It very easy.
Eg. Dark Arts Perk requires for you to have 10 skill in all 5 magic schools. Every other perk has this kind of requirement but higher. Overlord(perk no.22) needs 100 skill in all 5 schools for it to be learned.
You need vanilla perk points to learn new skills. Same you use to learn stuff from vanilla tree system. This mod does not introduce its own perk points. 

HOW TO START LEARNING NEW PERKS:
In game there are 2 books: one guides you through the perks and the other one allows you to learn any perk you want and show you what you already have learned. Those 2 books are located in Nazarick Treasury. A quest will point you to them too. You need to read one of them. After that you will receive a popup message, were you can select a perk you want. Only perks you have unlocked will show up (at first it will only be the first perk). If you try learning a perk but cannot, you will receive a information message at the top left corner of your screen, telling you the reasons why you were not able to learn it.

  • Dark Arts: you can use create tier undead spells with full potential
  • Mithridatism: full immunity to poison OR +30% potion power (Lich Race Only)
  • Undead Blessing: full immunity to disease OR +30% enchanting power (Lich Race Only)
  • Submersion: infinite water breathing
  • Necromancer: 5 levels: can summon and command  1 to 5 additional creatures 
  • Scribe: 2 levels: level 1: can craft up to adept scrolls. Level 2: can craft expert and master scrolls
  • Feather Falling: 5 levels: from 10% to 50% fall damage reduction
  • Elemental Barrier: 3 levels: each grants +20 to ice and shock resistance but at the same time gives -20 to fire resistance
  • Widen Magic: 4 levels: can summon creatures 10 to 100% further from the player than normal
  • Arcane Wisdom: 3 levels: 10% to 30% magic cost reduction from all 5 schools
  • Arcane Power: 5 levels: all magic spells from 5 schools are 20% to 100% more powerful (deal more damage and/or last longer) 
  • Readjustment: choose: either 20% faster shout recovery but 20% slower weapon swing or the other way around
  • Boneman: choose: either you move 20% faster or you get additional 300 carry weight but move 10% slower 
  • Undead Aura: choose: detect dead and life ring (no mana cost) OR despair aura III spell that can be casted instantly and can make all creaturs 50lvl below to flee
  • Negative Protection: choose: either full immunity to ALL energy drain effects and spells (like vampire drain spells) OR full immunity to force push spells and effects and 0 stagger damage OR all telekinesis based spells and abilites are 2 times more powerful/deadlier
  • Dark Focus: choose: one of your stats HP/SP/MP will regenerate 2 times faster BUT other 2 will regenerate 20% slower
  • Unholy Protection: choose: 30% damage reduction but -15% magic resistance or the other way around (30% magic resistance but take 15% damage more melee damage)
  • Dark Wisdom: all 18 vanilla skills are learned 30% faster (stacks with other vanilla perks and powers like this)
  • Undead Strengthening: choose: one of your stats HP/SP/MP will get +80 point boost but other 2 will be reduced by 25 points
  • Undead Creation: you can craft Shooting Star Ring, Staff Of Ainz Ooal Gown, Staff of Hell Flame, Staff of Dark Soul. Otherwise you wont be able to craft these
  • Instant Death Magic: 3 levels: increase instant kill chances from 5% to 15% for spells like Cry Of Banshee or Despair Aura V 
  • Overlord: you can use spells listed below. You also get spell tomes for : Cry Of Banshee, Pantheon and The Goal Of Life Is Death. You cant get those 3 spells/powers otherwise

How to acquire new spells:
1. - Trading with merchants around the world
All new spells added by the mod will be added to random loot tables for merchants. They follow the same rules as vanilla spells. That means Master spells will only appear when you finish specific Collage quests. Expert will only appear when you reach high enough skill level in a given magic school. There more mods you have, which add new spells, the less likely a merchant will have a spell from this mod to sale.
2. - Trading with a merchant added by this mod : "Nazarick Merchant" is a Dremora NPC located in Nazarick Tomb, floor 9 Royal Suite and is only avaliable after you clear the tomb. This merchant sells all items added by this mod and resets their trades every 2 ingame days.

  • Critical Hit Immunity: 60s of immunity and 100% crit chance for caster
  • Disease Immunity: 60s of immunity
  • Electric Immunity: 60s of immunity
  • Fire Immunity: 60s of immunity

  • Implosion: for 60s next time caster is hit a implosion is created pushing and damaging target

  • Damage Boost: for 30s caster deals 2 times damage
  • Haste: for 45s caster moves 30% faster
  • Health Boost: for 60s casters Health is increased by 80 points
  • Magic Boost: for 60s casters Magicka is increased by 80 points
  • Stamina Boost: for 60s casters Stamina is increased by 80 points
  • Twin Maximize Magic: for 10s next spell you cast will be doubled
  • Widen Magic: for 60s all target location spells (like conjuration) have 2 times the range

  • Shrink Enemy: for 15 seconds shirnks enemy by 60% and makes him 80% weaker

Expert
  • (lvl.30)Bless of Magic Caster: for 60s spells are 20% more powerful/last longer
  • Reinforce Armor: for 60s caster gains 400 armor points
  • Wall of Protection from Arrows: for 60s caster is fully immune to bow/crossbow damage
  • Create Fortress: summons one of few mighty towers... or a tent
  • (lvl.30)Spell Absorption: for 30s all spells that hit the caster have 50% of their duration/power
  • (lvl.15)Teleportation Rune: summons a rune that can teleport the caster to all cities and misc. locations
  • Field of Force: grab target in mid air
  • Force Explosion: create a force push that pushes enemies in front of you

  • Teleportation: moves player to aimed location. Can inflict fall damage
  • Time Stop: enemy hit by this spell freezes in time unable to move
  • Creation: Abyssal Storage: summon 1 of 3 storage chests to store your items permanently
  • Unlock locks : unlock a lock (door/chest or any lockable container) based on your alteration skill level (Novice lock - 1+ alteration, Apprentice Lock - 25+ alteration etc.). Doesnt unlock locks requiring keys.

Master
  • (lvl.50)Black Hole: sends a black hole into a target. If target is 50lvl or less it vaporizes him. If target is 15+ levels lower than caster - vaporizes. Otherwise takes away half of its health
  • (lvl.60)Perfect Warrior: turns you into a perfect warrior for 240s. Sets your warrior skills to 160, gives you 80% damage reduction and a bound sword BUT doesn't grant any warrior specific perks. You CANT use magic/spells at all for the duration of the spell
  • (lvl.80)Wish Upon A Star: choose one of over 30 powerful wishes
  • (lvl.60)Astral Smite: caster kills essentials (and only them)
  • (lvl.40)Reality Slash: powerful slash that splits reality itself dealing huge damage
  • (lvl.30)Ia Shub-Niggurath: summon a cyclone that deals huge damage and launches the target into air

What about other spells? Will you add the missing ones?

There are a total of ~390 known spells and abilities in overlord as of now. I implemented around 130 of them into Skyrim. The remaining 250+ are impossible to make due to: 
a) engine limitations (like fly spell. There is a mod that adds fly animation but that mod is f*****g huge and has thousands of new lines of scripts, animations etc. Impossible to recreate this kind of spell for me other than simply copy-pasting other mod's content. Wont happen
b) already a vanilla spell that does the same but different name (eg. repeal undead, frost aura == frost cloak)
c) no mechanics eg. skyrim doesnt have "negative" stats, karma or holy elements etc. Plus game doesnt require for you to eat, drink and sleep like a survival game.
d) spell has only a vague name without any description as to what it does
e) spell could be done but would require 1000+ lines of code\scripting and would be very laggy to achieve even 50% of its original effect (looking at spells like Shaltears Einhjar that creates her clone. I can make a spell that "duplicates" your current player (perks, stats, equipped items) but it would require up to 20 seconds of computing before taking effect. Each time after a cast. So wont add. There are a few other spells alike that are pointless in terms of gameplay and time (drifting master mine (homing missle) or alike)


7.Nazarick Player Home - Overview



This mod offers a new, huge, player owned location called The tomb of Nazarick. This huge dungeon is based on the seriers Overlord and comes with 10 floors and a personal treasury!
The dungeon is designed and created by me and with a bit of help of  /u/redbazooka25 (floor 9 main halls and Spa Resort lobby) 
After completing the main questline the Tomb becomes yours with all its contents and NPCs!
Dungeon is designed for high level/end game players and should take around 10 hours to complete.

1. Where is the tomb located?

Tomb is located close to Swindler's Den cave. See above picture for reference

2. What does this dungeon offer?
This dungeon has 10 main floors and a treasury. 
Here is a overview of each floor and main functionalities
-Floor 1 to 8 are various dungeons to fend of curious adventurers from looting your home. Floors 1-3 are catacombs. Floor 4 is a gigantic underground lake. Floor 5 is an Ice dimension. Floor 6 is basically tamriel but in a cave. Floor 7 is a underground lava river. Floor 8 is wilderness. All designed to be as close as possible to the seriers counterpart.

-Floor 5: has Lightning Attractors (like in Soul Cairn) and Soul Fissuers that respawn every 8 hours


-Floor 6
: has a custom arena to fight with various mobs, fish hatchery, apiary and 40 slots for planters. You can also perform Soul Binding rituals there and craft unique items at Soul Altars


-Floor 7
: has a Transmutation Forge, which allows to transmute any ore/ingot to any other type. You can also insert multiple types on ingots at same time and convert them into one new type


-Floor 8
: has 18 slots for planters, altars, where you can craft unique enchantments

-Floor 9
: Royal Suite. Here you can find your personal bedroom, maids rooms, dining halls and much more, like Theatre, Spa Resorts, Training Halls..


- Floor 10: Throne Room and Central Hub:



- Treasury: your own treasury with large amount of chests, manakins and much more! Comes with its own guardian! Here you can find powerful World Items




3. About future updates to the location
I have no plans on updating or adding any new locations to the Tomb. If anything only minor changes will be made in the future

4. Safety of using it as a storage
Everything should be safe from floor 1 up to Treasury to use.

5. Questlines quick walk-through 
1. Dungeon's Dwellers Camp
At game start/when first loading a save with this mod you will receive a new side quest in your journal pointing you to an Adventurer Camp located close to Swindler's Den. Locate the camp. Find and read a journal located on a wooden table next to a redguards corpse. After reading the journal you will get a new quest pointing you
to The Nazarick Tomb, located close to the camp, up north.

2. Nazarick Tomb - exterior
After entering the Tomb's grounds kill the Guardian walking around the main entrance. Loot his body - take his keys. Optionally, before entering the crpyt you can loot the 4 outside crypts surrounding the main Tomb. Enter the main crypt

3. Nazarick Floor 1
You need to find the main chambers that lead to lower floors. Chambers are behind a closed door. Keys can be aquired by killing one of 2 mini-bosses scattered around the floor. Find Dungeon's Dweller dead body. Loot it and read the note. Turn left from the corpse and enter wooden chambers. Find the mini-boss, kill it and take their keys. Go back to the corpse and start getting deeper into the tomb up to the final chamber. You do not have to defeat the enemies there. Kill or run past them to next floor

4. Nazarick Floor 2
Go deeper into the tunnels. Like on floor 1 you need to kill a mini-boss and take their keys. Once you enter a big chamber that seemingly dead ends - look around. Above the coffin there will be a lever to pull (use a bow). Keep following the tunnels until you reach floor 3. 
Hints for puzzles: look for blood, skulls or dead bodies next to levers to see what to push. There are tiles with Overlord Logo. When you light them up with magic or torch they will shine red or white. The red ones are the bad route/option. Solution to floors 2 cavern button puzzle can be found at the very start to floor 2 - look at the 3 stone tile logos from left to right and hit the buttons in same order.

5. Nazarick Floor 3
Explore the caverns. Depending on the route you took you will either end up in a chamber with Dremora Lord or a cavern with a Gatehouse guarded by a vampire. Kill the Dremora, take his keys and push the now obtainable lever. Follow the path till you reach a dead end with a fire pit. Jump down. Enter Shalltears Chambers. If you choose the vampire fight, then after killing him shoot with a bow two levers, which can be seen through the Gathouse windows - on the other side of the drop. They will open the path. To get to the final chamber  drop down the fire pit - its a fake one. Get to the final chambers. After entering them speak with Shalltear. After the conversation is over kill her and her guards. Loot her body and get her keys. Open final doors and use a teleporter behind them to floor 4

6. Nazarick Floor 4
You will spawn inside a small cave. Keep moving down the cave until you enter the main chamber - underground lake. Keep moving right along the walls until you get to
the stone bridge leading to the structure at the centre. Use a teleporter. Once there, kill the stone golem, get their keys and use the teleporter to floor 5.

7. Nazarick Floor 5
You will spawn inside a huge ice cavern. Go down until you get to the frozen lake part. Turn right and keep moving along the walls until you encounter 2 huge Ice golems guarding a natural gate with dragon statues. Go up the hill until you reach the stone bridge. Once on the main platform, kill 6 Wisp Mothers surrounding the Ice Castle.
After killing them, enter the Ice Doors. Once inside kill Cocytus, get his keys and use a teleporter on the right side of the room to floor 6.

8. Nazarick Floor 6
You will spawn inside old stone ruins. Kill the 3 guards and go up the hill, opposite from the stone ruins entrance. On the other side of the hill you will see
a huge Arena. Kill the guardians surrounding it. After the exterior is cleared enter the Arena using one of the open entrances. You will be teleported to the centre of it and meet Aura. After a brief talk you will have to defeat 3 waves of enemies. After surviving all waves you finally need to kill Aura. Take the keys from her body.
Open the iron gates below the Arena's main stands (a platform overlooking the lower arena). Use a teleporter to go up stairs. Find a blue Orb next to a pillar behind the Thrones. Use it and teleport to the Gignatic Tree. After teleporting to it, kill 2 guardians and enter the Gigantic Tree using the keys you found by Aura.
Once inside kill Mare and follow the staircase to the upmost floor. You will find a room with a portal gate to floor 7. Use it.

9. Nazarick Floor 7
You will spawn inside a lava cavern. Jump on the lava pillars until you reach the main cavern. Use a fallen pillar to reach the other side of the lava river.
Follow the path until you start ascending up and see a structure in the centre of the lava lake.
The structure is surrounded by 4 skeletal doors. Enter each door and kill the boss inside. After killing all 4 Evil Lords the bridge to the centre island will open.
Cross it and go to Demiurge. Wait until he finishes his speech. You will be teleported by him to a separate chamber. Kill him and his 4 minions. After killing him loot his body and use an Orb that will show up after killing him. You will be teleported back to the island. Get to the teleportation gate to floor 8.

10. Nazarick Floor 8
Follow the canyon until you reach a closed guard post. Use a path on the left to the small green island surrounded by water. On it kill Victim in less than 90 seconds or you will die. After killing the guardian find a lever on one of the white pillars of the temple and push it. It will open the gates above. Go past the now open gates. Turn right and descend down into a canyon. Locate a stone tower on your right. Enter it. On the top you will find a lever that opens the gates further up.
Go past the now open gates guarded by 2 fallen knights. Uphill you will see a sanctuary. You can try sneaking past the enemies or killing them with magic resistance potions/spells. Enter the biggest building and kill the sanctuary guardian - Aureole. Get keys from her. Outside you will find a small passage leading to a stone door.
Open it. Inside go to the centre of the structure and activate the glowing  orb to teleport to floor 9.

11. Nazarick Floor 9
Follow the hallways until you encounter Sebas Tian. Kill him and get his keys. Enter the doors behind him leading to floor 10.

12. Nazarick Floor 10
Go forward, using a staircase down. Keep moving forward until you reach a huge open space. Kill 3 guardians guarding the Throne Room Doors.
Loot their bodies for keys. Enter the Throne Room

13. Throne Room
Go and talk with Albedo. After the conversation has ended you will be teleported back. Many enemies will spawn to aid Albedo. Kill everyone. Loot Albedo's body and use a Scroll of Teleportation found by her. Teleport to Nazarick Upper Treasury.

14. Treasury
Use the big teleportation gate next to you. After teleporting to inner trasury follow the only way until you reach Pandora's Actor. Kill him, loot his body for keys. Take his "Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown".
Follow the path further down until you reach the main chamber. Inside you need to read 3 books in order provided by quest markers. You can also take all World Items located in one of the rooms.
Go back to the Upper treasury, where the main gold pile was located. Activate it and place required amount of gold into it (most of it can be found in surrounding chests). Activate the orb above the gold pile to resurrect the guardians and finish the quest.

8.Soul Binding

Soul Binding is a ritual, which allows you to bind part of your soul to a crystal - Soul Crystal. With it, you can perform enchanting rituals, where you can create unique enchanted weapons, or Death ritual, where you can bind your soul into an object and cheat death itself.
First, you need to create a Black Soul Crystal, which will be used in ritual to bind part of your soul to it. You craft it by putting 3 black soul gems, 1 Human and Daedra Heart and 1 Deathbell into a chest on ritual side on floor 6:

You can then insert the empty Black Soul Crystal into the Crystal holder, next to the chest and go to the centre of the ritual circle, to start your Soul Binding ritual. During the ritual you can create one of three types of Soul Gems. Red - Life, Green - Stamina, Blue - Magicka. Creating them will make you weaker by 60 points of selected stat (can be reversed). Once you bind your Soul and craft one of the three Soul Crystal types you can use them in multiple ways.

1. Use it as fuel in Transmutation Forge, located at floor 7. This forge allows you to transmute any number and types of ores and ingots into one, selected type (eg Input: 30 gold ore, 20 ebony ore. Output: 50 Malachite ore). Soul Crystal is used as renewable fuel source to run the forge.

2. Use it in the Enchanting Ritual, located on floor 8. Simply put your Soul Crystal in the Gem Holder and put any item you want (armor, weapon, bow, shield) into the chest next to it. Click the button and get your item back, but with a new, unique enchantment applied to it (each Soul Crystal - red/green/blue) creates different enchantments based on item types - total of 12 combinations.


3. Use it at the altar located on Floor 6 StoneHenge to perform Death ritual or destroy the crystal to get back your lost stats. Death ritual requires 30 black soul gems as sacrifice. With Death ritual performed, you will gain 300% to your selected stat regeneration. Additionally, next time you are about to die, instead of dying, you will be resurrect at full power at the cost of the Soul Crystal being destroyed.

9.Misc Items Description

BELOW SECTION IS CURRENTLY OUTDATED AND SHOWS THE STATE AS OF VERSION 1.10. SINCE THEN DOZEN NEW ITEMS WERE INTRODUCED.
SECTION WILL BE UPDATED IN THE FUTURE


This section will introduce you to some of the items that are added to this mod. Almost all can be crafted, tempered and enchanted. There are also a few more items ingame that are not listed here. 
How to acquire some of those items?
Some of the items below can only be crafted after you acquire a specific Overlord perk, which allows crafting them. Most items also require "ebony" or "daedric" smithing perk (or their Ordinator Mod equivalent)  to craft on top of having a specific Overlord perk. Some special items, like the Shooting Star Ring can only be crafted at theSky Forge in Whiterun. Some items can not be crafted and are exploration reward, that can be found scattered and hidden in all Nazarick's Tomb locations or are drops from dead NPCs. 

Please keep in mind that the SHOOTING STAR RING CAN ONLY BE CRAFTED ONCE and grands a total of 3 wishes. Crafting it again will only produce a new ring, but you will not be able to get new wishes. Do not like that? Then you will have to cheat by opening the console, searching for the Global Variable for wishes ("WishesMade") and set it back to value of zero.

  • [Armor: M+F]Evileye Mask, Ainz Mask (2 variants), Mask Of Envy, Pandora's Actor Mask
  • [Weapon]World Item: World Savior: a club that deals 20 damage to health, magica, stamina. After each succesful hit this damage increases by 30 up to 6000!. After you kill 200 opponents with this weapon it will be destroyed. Every 20 kills the club will permanently take from you 6 HP (to a total of 60 HP after 200 kills).
  • [Weapon]World Item: Billion Blades: a katana that multiplies (creates afterimages) each hit by 'x' times dealing 'y' damage each hit. Base stats are: 6 afterimages and 10 damage each (so a total of +60 dmg). Fully upgraded katana deals 1000dmg each hit
  • [Staff]Ginnungagap: world item, shoots a dark projectile that produces a huge explosion dealing damage and pushing away any enemy
  • [Armor: M+F]Avarice and Generosity: gauntelts that, while equipped, store killed enemies levels (the killing blow MUST be made by the player). The stored levels can be exchanged for skill upgrades (all 18 skills + 3 player stats). Basically if you kill an enemy level 10 you will get 10 points. You need around 8200 points to fully upgrade ANY skill from 15-100 (I made sure each skill requires around the same number of points). For 8000 points you can add yourself +30 HP/SP/MP
  • [Armor: F]Hermes Trismegistus - Albedos Armour - ebony level armor
  • [Armor: F]Nabe's Adventurer Clothes - can be crafted at any forge
  • [Armor: M]Pandora's Actor Outfir - not craftable. Only for NPC

  • [Object]Throne of Kings located in Nazarick Throne Room. When sit it gives a 200 point boost in stats for 16 minutes. Only for 40+ level players
  • Many unique uncraftable gear can be found around the Tomb of Nazarick as an exploration reward (Full set of armor, many swords and other items)

Staff Of Ainz Ooal Gown (Basic) spells: Hell Flame (2x dmg), Frost Of Judecca (2x dmg), Grasp Heart, Primal Fire Elemental, Charm Species (up to lvl 200), Greater Reanimation (up to lvl 200), Reality Slash (500dmg)
Staff Of Ainz Ooal Gown (Upgraded) spells: Napalm (2x dmg), Frost Of Judecca (4x dmg), Grasp Heart (100% kill chance), Reality Slash (1000dmg), Resurrection (no penalties), Elemental Army (all 5 elementals),  Mass Reanimation (up to lvl 200)
Most base items can be crafted at any forge as long as you have a required smithing perk. Most require ebony+ to craft/temper. Some items (specified) can only be crafted at skyforge (and/or also need from you overlord perk to have learned)
Many items added by this mod (like the Staff) require to learn "Undead Creation" Overlord perk to unlock.

Crash to Desktop on Tomb Exterior, Floor 1-9 caused by MihailsMods monsters  using modified Lurker Skeleton, which is not supported by HDT-SMP.
Crash to Desktop when summoning any of the primal elementals (Ice/Iron/Storm).
Crash to Desktop when aggro-ing Primal Fire Elementals found on floor 7.

If it does not work for you try below fixes or go to /bugs section for even more solutions.

Suggested, and easiest fix is to just disable/delete HDT-SMP mod and\or replace it with a similar mod. If you want to keep it despite that then:
Fix: 
1. Make a copy of "skeleton.nif" found in: XPMSSE's meshes\actors\dlc02\benthiclurker\character assets\(its the skeleton.nif)
2. Create (if you dont have one already) the following directories (create new folders) and place the "skeleton.nif" in them. After placing "Skeleton.nif" in below directories, rename the file, so you have this list of locations/files: 

a) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/bonecolossus/skeletonbonecolossus.nif
b) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/bonecolossus/skeletonbonecolossusblue.nif
c) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/bonecolossus/skeletonbonecolossusfire.nif
d) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/bonecolossus/skeletonbonecolossusshock.nif
e) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/Ice golem/skeletonicegolem.nif
f) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/Iron golem/skeletonirongolem.nif
g) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/storm golem/skeletonstormgolem.nif

So for example, you will copy-paste "Skeleton.nif" into /(...)/storm golem/ and rename it into "skeletonstormgolem.nif", so you have (...)/storm golem/skeletonstormgolem.nif

If you still get a CTD after above changes in floor 6 near Gigantic Tree, in Portal Hub Floor 8 and Treasury Rooms then also do the above for following:
h) /Data/Meshes/Evileye/mihailmodsoverlord/gravelord/skeletonsithis.nif

IF after applying above fixes you still get a CTD when trying to fight a Primal Fire Elemental then you need to do the following:
a) Open the OverlordMagic.esp in SSEEdit, go under NPCs, sort by the last column, and edit the lesser fire elemental,
b) under flags right click on the "Use Template?" flag and click remove.
c) do the same for the 3 primal fire elemental entries in the same category.
d) save the esp (don't untick backup, in case you did it wrong and you need to restore the og esp). should work fine now.

Make sure you don't have anything else touching these entries however. User <Sosthur> reported that he had synthesis also replace their (fire elementals) perks with Ordinator perks and that also broke it for him.

IF AFTER ABOVE YOU STILL GET A CRASH AT FLOOR 4 OR ABOVE follow these instructions provided by Kenniches 

"A fix for those that even after doing all the guides and crashing upon entering floor 4. 
1. First do everything they mentioned in troubleshooting  SSEE ( removing UseTemplate from lesser fire elemental and primal fire elemental)
2. Search every primal elemental(air, fire, etc... and remove UseTemplate from them too)
3. Save ( tick backup just in case). Dont forget to use the Bone fix Mod "


[Mod: "Combat VR" - reading a book advances all skills to 100 instantly]

Misc issues:

[Boss Music loops/never stops]

Confirmed with: 
Overlord v.1.14+ 
Issue: 
After battle with any of the boss enemies in Nazarick Tomb the boss music doesnt stop and plays indefinitely. Save/Reload does not seem to fix it.
Fix: 
This is a vanilla bug. It exists in base game too. It is more prominent here, due to you having to battle 10+ bosses in short span of time.
There are 2 ways to fix it
a) Use {Overlord Configuration Menu} power and go to [Fixes]. Choose Boss Music loop fix. It should remove the boss music playing in the background

[Vanilla Perk: "TWIN SOULS"]

Issue: 
When "Twin Souls" perk is learned AFTER acquiring

Dont learn the "Twin Souls" perk or learn it before Overlord

[Turning into a Vampire during Dawnguard questline as a "Lich"]
Confirmed with: 
Overlord v.1.12.2a +
Issue: 
While playing as "Lich (Overlord)" race chagning into a vampire
is unsupported with Overlord's race version. You cannot be cured.
Fix: 
Dont become a vampire as Lich or use standalone Skeleton Races mod.

[Not able to summon certain Primary Elementals in small spaces]

Confirmed with: 
Overlord v.1.6 +
Issue: 
When trying to summon any of the Primal Elementals or Kaarstag (separately or using Elemental Army) the spell fails to summon all OR any of the creatures
Fix: 
The issue is usually related to player trying to use a summon spell in a small space or area with lots of clutter or many rocks. This is due to the creatures having a large hitbox and requiring a lot of empty space to be summoned. This is sort of an engine limitation and cannot be easily fixed.
Solution is to try to summon them on open roads or in big, empty rooms/chambers. When using Elemental Army also make sure you CAN summon all 5 of them (do you have proper perks learned to have more than vanilla 2 summonable creatures? 

[Some pop-up menus/message do not appear when equipping certain items]

Confirmed with:

Issue: 
When equipping any item that has a pop up menu included (Avarice&Generosity, Ring Of Ainz Ooal Gown, Billion Blades etc.) the menu does not appear, appears after a big delay or appears only every few tries.
Fix: 
None known. This is a very tricky problem as only a small number of players experience it. There is no way for me to fix it, as I am using vanilla  mechanics here to show the pop-up menus. 
The issue is most likely due to player having too many mods installed, which in turn cause many, many scripts to be running constantly in the background. This may cause lots of lag and make some scripts 'stuck' in the game-wait-line to be 'run', which in turn may cause the pop-up messages fail to appear. Try disabling some mods or using the items in some small spaces/cells where the game does not need to keep track of many things.

[Blood Effect (or other shader type effect) stays on player and never gets removed after aquiring it during Tomb exploration ]

Issue: 
When exploring the Tomb (particularity floor 2) a blood effect is applied to the player. The effect stays and cannot be removed. Reequipping items only causes the effect to reappear after few seconds. This is a vanilla bug that has a chance to happen anytime and is not related to this mod. Particular traps introduced in floor 1-3 raise the chance of this bug happening.
Fix: 
To remove any type of shader effect applied to your character body check out this thread:

Follow the instructions on the above topic. The main fix is included in one of the files given there. Search for [cure.rar].
This file contains a whole bunch of bat files to put in the skyrim directory. Unpack and run ingame the following command:
"bat SEFSH" or any other included with the file. This should remove all effects.

DO NOT USE commands that dispel all magic effects/spells on your character at once. This will remove some some intended hidden effects which in turn will brake a lot of spells and perks. 

You can also try manually deleting specific mod effects from your player. Their IDs are as follows (replace "XX" with your load order for the mod):
Magic Effect: xx76485c OR xx76485d
Spell: xx76485e

Another way to fix it is to write in console commands "tim" (ToggleImmortalMode) and die with it enabled.

[Mod - "SkyRadio": Combat music loops and doesnt stop.]

Confirmed with:

Issue: 
Sometimes boss music doesnt stop and loops indefinitely. Encountered after Victim fight at floor 8.
Fix: 
Music loop is due to having SkyRadio enabled in the background. Disable music loops or configure the SkyRadio mod
