Hands down my favourite custom house mod. Small but not cramped, cosy. Isn't full of too much clutter, does not have 26 creepy mannequins 75 display cases and 18 bedrooms.
After shopping around a bit I found the Solitude Docks Mod is a perfect match for your house mod! ...
I tried (and failed miserably) to simpy drag your house to be on the plot BEFORE the stairs go down in the docks, instead of the original mod location after the stairs, which make it clash with the Solitude Docks mod.
Was wondering if you think it would be possible to create a small patch that drags the house to the area before the stairs to the dock so it can mesh seamlessly with the Solitude Docks mod?Pretty please? :) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13922 ?
As it is your house is exactly where one of the stone towers would be, but if there was a way to drag it just a little , it would fit flawlessly!
It would make it the best mod, specially when you mix it with Solitude Exterior Addon, which has very good Synergy with Solitude Docks, your house would be right in the middle of these mods, and I just loooove your house, is so cozy and well done.
Ahhh every once in a while, I find a little Gem, like this amazing mod to add to my unobtrusive list of player houses that feel like extras to the Game World made by Bethesda itself, with the extra love of attention to detail that only a nice creator can add to his own mods.
This is next to a handful of other house mods, like Nightgate Cabin (with CRF to make Heljarchen a small town), Hrokkva and Bahl Run now in my list of unobtrusive, lore friendly, small cozy house mods that ADD to the world even if you do not live in them.

Sweet little piece of infill and well placed, doesn't feel like a mod.
If you're still updating, I'd remove the map marker for map clutter purposes (the docks marker almost right next to the house anyway). The kitchen sink did not activate for me, not sure if supposed to though. Maybe add a trapdoor to a basement?
I can't believe that this hasn't gotten more attention! Great little house mod, nice attention to detail, location and design. Perfect for my inconspicuous vampire role-play.
This is a very nice and natural looking home. I'm using Alternate Start - Live Another Life and this might be the perfect home for my random alchemist/sightseer
