After searching for a few hours trying to find a half decent mod that did what I wanted, I could not find one... so I made my own. This mod replaces the main menu theme song with the abyss watchers theme from dark souls 3, along with the background with the image in the preview.
This mod goes best with the 'Centaur' variant of the Main Font Replacement Mod located HERE
