Issue: Fences required Thieves Guild. Both fence mods for SSE don't work with OC as they are in different OC cells. Fences for general store glitches out with SkyUI.
Solution: Create my own simple fence NPC and place inside OC cells, which do not require Thieves Guild ranks.
Lore: Sulla the Fence roams around Tamriel and conveniently ends up in the same cities as the player.
Load order: Place below any mods to do with Open Cities, including any patches for Open Cities.
Suggestions: Open to suggestions on changing this mod, i.e. level lists, locations for fences, etc. This mod does not need to be complicated and I am currently adding to it as I continue with my playthrough.
