This adds 3 viking towns to Skyrim. 1. North of "The College of Winterhold." - Rangheid 2. Next to the "Wreck of the Brine Hammer." - lliade 3. Not really a town but a tavern/longhouse near "Orthorn" south of Morthal. - Bolivar Mod is navmeshed and cleaned in SSEEdit.
