A cottage by Skaal Village has room for 2 kids and 2 followers or 4 followers. Provides Well Rested perk gain 10% more experience, or Lover’s comfort 15% more experience if spouse is with you. Father's/Mother's Love bonus, 25% additional effect when using healing potions is granted if adopted children move in.

The key to the House is by the front door in a chest. Player owned home set to No Reset Zone.
Alvis Cottage features all your crafting needs. The cottage has kitchen eating area, den, kids bedroom first floor (optional can be converted for followers), and 2nd floor master bedroom. The lower level has a guest bedroom, bathing area, and secret display room and a portal. The lower level also has a portal that takes you to the four stones and TelMithryn. The secret room is a tribute to your adventure in DLC2, and it now includes all mask and claws display.
Hearthfire multiple adoptions is a mod that allows you to move in your spouse and kids. Download this mod and install along with Alvis Cottage. Cast the spell "Bless Home". Now adopt a kid and tell them to move into your new home.
My Home Is Your Home - MHIYH lets you move your followers here. You can assign them sleeping time.
The home provides all crafting needs. There is a secret room see if you can find it for displays of all claws and all mask.
This mod is not compatible with other house mods in the same cell. House mods are stand alone mods that will conflict with other house mods. Check Tes5Edit to see if you have a mod that will conflict with this mod. This home is in DLC 2 World Space cell 17,19 north of Skaal Village.

The patch also includes the soap effect and potion enhancer.
