If you'd like more options than just a general disable, VioLens is amazing!

This simply disables the cinematic kills (also known as "kill cams") caused by killing blows, EXCEPT the cinematic kills caused by sneak daggers. I've yet to find a way to disable them without scripts, as they aren't tied to the global setting as the rest of them are.

This disables melee (except sneak daggers), ranged, and magic cinematic kills/kill cams/kill moves by the player and NPCs. Dragons are excluded as well, as a quest relies on a dragon kill move.
