Not much to this. Assuming I've set things up right, should be a quick NMM download, install, activate, and go.
Or if you prefer manual installation or another mod manager, pull the .esp out of the archive.

raulrdzg found an issue in the Illusion tree which turned out to affect most perks' conditions. The result was conditions not matching what the tree displayed. I've fixed the actual attached conditions so you should now be able to properly take perks.
