Simple splash screen for Mod Organizer
Install: navigate to you mod organizer application folder, make a back up of the splash.png(if you have one) and then drop the splash. png you downloaded from here. open mod organizer to see the new splash screen. If it doesn't work add the splash.png to:
YOUR SYSTEM HARD DRIVE LETTER:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\SkyrimSE
(The AppData folder is a hidden file.To reveal hidden files in explorer: click the view tab to open the ribbon and click the box next to Hidden files)
e.g.
C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\SkyrimSE

Edit: Just added a few alternatives. To use one of the alts, rename the one you want to use to splash.png, then follow the Intall above
