would this work if you were to shape shift and then unshape shift? I recalled from personal experience that modifers given via perk has a tendency of establishing the new base attributes with perks, hence you'll get negative stats upon removal of said perk. ie you had something that gave 30 to all stats, you shapeshift (be another race) you lose those 30 ; however upon revert to original race you'll be base plus the stats and then subtracted by the stats. And then when you come to remove the perk itll be base - 30.
