Simply adds a magic effect and a perk that guarantees critical hits for a set duration.
I have redone the file and made it into an .esl file which means that it no longer take up one of the 255 loaded mod slots for standard .esp and .esm files. I have also added a new food item called "Magic Baked Potato" that gives the effect if you don't want to go fiddling with XEdit. Unfortunately, this potato does not give survival mode bonuses. No vanilla edits were made, so anything is compatible with this mod.
You can craft the new potato at any cooking station with a baked potato, a daedra heart, 1 unit of void salts and a salt pile.

The base mod adds the magic effect data AlchFortifyCritChance "Fortify Critical Chance" [MGEF:01000D63]
This effect can be added to any consumable to gain the perk that increases critical chance to 100% for a set duration that can be set in the Creation Kit or XEdit. I have included modifications to some foods in the base game to give this effect as an example.
I have made modifications to the Elsweyr Fondue and the Homemade Meal that you can get from your spouse after marriage.

If you want to add the effects to a modded food or just to other vanilla food and potions, just open XEdit or the Creation Kit and add AlchFortifyCritChance "Fortify Critical Chance" [MGEF:01000D63] under the "effects" category of the item with a magnitude of 1 and a duration in seconds of how long you want it to last.
I created this mod to mirror some of the food buff effects from Final Fantasy XV. Skyrim was only missing the critical chance modifier, so I decided to add one.
