I tried for days to install Paper map + no markers (including player marker) and failed badly because each time one of them stopped working due to them having to be loaded last, just annoying stuff really. This mod fixes my issue, I disabled the map button and compass, use this mod and now it feels like real exploration! Especially with a no-pause mod, they work so well together.

I have a problem where the bottom of the map is cut off when I raise it with right click. I know it's because I have a custom race and my character is shorter than most races, and I had to edit my camera position because it was floating above my character's head. That being said, does anyone know an easy way to get around that problem without changing my camera? Or maybe another map mod that's just a book/note that I can open in the menu?
Finally got round to making this map. Although, maybe it should take longer to make, like a day since it looks like it is hand drawn which would take ages to do. I'm an illustrator so I know doing this would take me at least a good few hours and definitely a day to colour and all that in a rush. If I took my time, 2 days. Anyway, It's really very nice to hold it in the hand as I explore around. Very, very immersive. Endorsed. p.s oh wait, everything is made instantly in this game, isn't it? I'm thinking of Time Flies.
I know this mod hasn't been updated in ages, but would it be possible to make a version with the map shifted over to the other side? I'm playing in VR, and I'm left handed, so the map goes off to the right from my right hand, which makes it really awkward to try and look at.
Alternatively, does anyone know how I might make a tweak to fix this? What would I need to edit? The meshes, the ESP...?
EDIT: After a bit of tweaking in NifSkope I think I've figured it out! I suspect I would need to get permission if I wanted to upload it for others to use, if that correct? (Though admittedly, the market of users who are left handed, play Skyrim VR, are using this mod, and are sufficiently bothered by the off-center map to want a fix is probably pretty small, haha.) Or if the creator wants the tweaked version to upload here, I'd be happy to provide the files.
Wow. I only wish I knew of this Mod earlier. As a realism junkie I didn't even think this was possible.
Now I feel like I have to start a new game for the 7th time... but it's only a map so I might be able to carry on in the existing game. Now I need that compass mod.
I'll pass on the topographically accurate map addition as I prefer maps that are a little inaccurate. Just more realistic for me to search a little once in the area. Medieval and ancient maps were not known for their accuracy.
