does anyone know how to stop your perks from getting randomly reset like you installed the mod again or is this just me deploying several times over?? My perks keep resetting after I deploy or restart the game or something and I can't figure out why they all reset. It's like when you first install the mod, and it refunds your perks.
Another "In Case It Helps": You absolutely MUST use xSHADOWMANx's DLL loader. The other one (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10546), which loads earlier in the startup process, will not appropriately load this DLL, despite working for other DLL plugins. Not sure if it modifies the perk tree too early, and it's set back to default by a later part of the process, or what, but I can confirm one of these things is not like the other.
Trying to use only one DLL Loader (aside from SKSE), I had modified the location of the DLL (to ..\Data\DLLPlugins) in order to get it to work with the other loader. The loader was able to detect and load the DLL, as evidenced by the binkw64.log file, but the game still CTD'd upon zooming into a skill tree with Ordinator perks. After installing the other loader and moving the DLL back to the ..\Data\Plugins\Sumwunn directory, everything works as expected... I think. We'll see when I get my first point, but I'm hopeful.
Big thanks to shadowking97 for the mod, and the other commenters here for their helpful comments.
Game keeps crashing as soon as i go into a skill tree, have the ordinator vr patch, launching from SKSE and use vortex as mm so cant move down them in load order, anything im missing?
Guys, I'm trying to connect ordinator to my skyrim. But when I load this modification, I get an error "Plugins\\VRPerkExtender.dll (00000001 SkyrimVRPerkExtender 00000001) disabled, fatal error occurred while loading plugin (handle 2)" who knows what is the problem?
I had same problem with CTD with this mod. Thanks to bug report. I could fix it with setting iIgnoreExpectedProcessName=0 to =2 in VRPerkExtender.ini, if some one have the same problem just try it, not value =1 but =2 .
Beautiful. I wanted to try my PsiKotics Necromancy Mod in Skyrim VR but was bummed out when I got CTD. BUT With this I can run both my mod and Ordinator! Works beautifully!
I genuinely have no idea why this mod isn't working. It's such a simple install, and the only perk mod I have is Moonlight Tales. I even tried setting iIgnoreExpectedProcessName to 1 and 2 as some suggested, and disabling some mods. Nothing works and I'm not sure what to do beyond gutting my entire mod list to witch hunt a conflict I don't think is there.

The ini file is located in: \AppDirectory(Like SteamApps)\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim VR\Data\SKSE\Plugins\VRPerkExtender.ini
Thanks!

Use the main file, and the .ini everyone is referring to is located in Skyrim VR\Data\SKSE\Plugins\VRPerkExtender.ini
Change iIgnoreExpectedProcessName=0 to iIgnoreExpectedProcessName=2
