      The meshes have SSS enabled in their shader flags, so this is just not some redder texture.

      but SSS is not a thing in special edition.

      The Soft_Lighting shader flag is enabled. This mimics an SSS effect, although it won't be good as Classic, where actual SSS settings have been implemented through ENB. Even so, SSE ENB has settings to control the intensity of vanilla SSS (which this mod has).
