3 sets of gear can be managed 

Town Gear - Automatically equips the custom outfit you wear in cities (the load door cities) so this is not compatible with open cities

Swimwear- Automatically equips custom swimwear when you enter the water 

Adventure gear-  Automatically equips the custom outfit you wear when you are adventuring

Gear is managed in a scenario based manner for example:
You install the mod outside on a character with armor on, outside of the city when you enter the city you will automatically strip all armor and clothes off and the armor or clothes you equip after that will now be your city outfit the same can be said for the other scenarios listed

This mod is an oldrim mod but I have used it on the special edition flawlessly for many hours
