   Really a shame only his default outfit seems to function properly. Pretty much makes this a dead character if you're looking for a matching squad, oh well.

   Downloaded the mod and it worked for all of 10 minutes before my first fast travel and Hoth spawned in with no armor except his helmet on, tried reloading the save and attempting again to which it did the same thing. Tried resetAI and disable/enable as well as uninstalling/reinstalling the mod except now with the mod installed he is literally no where to be found?

   he has none of the unique dialogue whatsoever, i can only hire him and trade with him, make him wait and get rid of him

   I can only hire him for 500g, he's a generic NPC with no voice. At the current moment it looks like Hoth is broken.

      He works for me...and imho it's one of the best companions, with Inigo and Lucien.

      I would try reinstalling the mod. I had the same issue and uninstalling and reinstalling it fixed it.

   Hoth does not seem to be working at the moment. He went back to the inn and now I have no dialogue with him whatsoever, can't even hire him. shame

      I would try uninstalling the mod and reinstalling it. I did and it fixed the issue!

    He has no bounty dialogue for me.
